Since Dad box is the same voice actor as the jellyfish princess story, I had to—

Koyuki's mother is the queen of jellyfishes, so that means she lives underwater and was born in June, which is Ocean day. (jeez, seems like a lot of months are sharing special stuff.)

June Uni's who borns out and turns out to be the sea side, the Uni is any kinds of sea animals. Koyuki's mother probably doesn't have a name because I'm too lazy to make one up, she'll just be Queen of the Ocean of the ocean or Koy's mother.
She do have a nationality, it's Japanese like her son. Her Charmonia is a jellyfish and it's transparent. What she does is hang around in castle (not really underwater but she can breathes in water since she's water June.) and make orders for her people and try to take care of her own son too but she's always busy.
