She also had respect for Carl's uncle, Finn Grimes. His smile was intoxicating and no matter how long they had been surviving in the wild, he still looked incredible. Phoebe promised to never let her feelings get in the way of her surviving but she feared that Finn would be the one to change that.

Finn missed Rick so much and he took up helping Lori take care of Carl. He felt it was his responsibility. There was one person in that camp that he genuinely enjoyed being around besides Carl, Phoebe Angelo. She had this comforting aura around her despite her overall depressing demeanor. She was the one to restore his happiness after Rick was gone.
