Time passed by and it had been 7 years since the Jungkook turned 18, very long right? Fate had decided that it wasn't the right time for Jungkook to meet his mate but the Trueblood never questions his fate and patiently waits for his mate. During those 7 years not even once did his father miss the opportunity to talk about marriage with Jungkook.

And not even once did Jungkook ever agree, they would even get into an arguement because of it. Unlucky his father, he thought Jungkook would obey him forever but the reality is Jungkook is a matured Trueblood now, by hierarchy, Jungkook's rank is way higher than him. Despite that, Jungkook never thought about overthrowing his father, let alone killing him.

For Jungkook, no matter how cruel his father is towards him, it will never change the fact that the Alpha King is his father and will always be his father. Jungkook doesn't kill him out of respect for his father. No matter how much you hate your parents, there is no child in this world that could kill their own parents

Because if they do, they are no different from their own parents.

Many events happened along the way, Rose was crowned as the new queen of Witch Kingdom when Jungkook was 22, Seokjin met his mate, an omega, Kim Jisoo when Jungkook was 21 and the Trueblood had become an uncle when he was only 23.

Jennie grew up becoming a fine lady, despite being an omega, Jungkook thought her to be an independent lady. Having the beauty of an omega, Jennie was as fierce as her brother. She open up to Taehyung since her brother told her that he is her fated mate. Taehyung is very careful with her and he even hesitates to talk with her.

Their first meeting wasn't as they expected, but Jennie was an understanding woman and she is forgiving. She saw his effort to approach her without forcing himself on her. She saw his effort in controlling himself as a respect for her brother and those things make her heart flutter. Jennie slowly grew feelings for him and Jungkook can see that.

He doesn't mind as long as they didn't cross the line because it was normal and it wasn't wrong. Taehyung is her mate after all and they are bound to be together sooner or later. Taehyung's patience for the past 7 years comes with great results.

Now when Jungkook is 25, Jennie turns 18 as she recognizes Taehyung as her mate instantly and she jumps on him happily, accepting him as a person she will spend her life with. When their father found out that Jennie is Taehyung's mate, for the first time, he was so proud of Jennie.

After all, Taehyung comes from the richest pack, if Jennie is Taehyung's mate then the two packs will definitely join hands and that means one thing, his father will gain more power. Jennie was so happy when her father approve her relationship with Taehyung, he even bless them and tell them that the marriage should be done as soon as possible.

Jungkook knows his father so well, so he knew what is his true intention but Jungkook doesn't protest at all. To him as long as Jennie wasn't forced to marry someone she didn't love, he don't really care. The two packs agree with the marriage proposal and both of the packs are prepared for the ceremony.

Today, the time had come for Jungkook to let go of Jennie and let her be with the person she was meant to be with. The wedding was so lovely, laughter filled the atmosphere as the wedding was held in Taehyung's pack, people from other kingdoms came to congratulate them and that includes Rose.

"Congratulations, Taehyung." Taehyung turn to the Witch and smiled "Thanks, your majesty." He said with a teasing tone making Rose huff "You know you don't have to call me that, we're friends" she says as she nudge him a little. There is a moment of silence until Rose breaks it "You seem nervous." She points out.

"It's not me, it's Jennie, I felt her emotions after all today is a big day for both of us." He says with a smile still on his face "Don't you want to go and comfort your mate then?" Rose asked but Taehyung shake her head "She needs her big brother to comfort her for one last time." He says as he glances at Rose "Jungkook and Jennie had such a great bond and they will always have."

"Even after she got married to me and have my last name. She will always be Jungkook's baby sister, I can't change that and I can never replace him in her heart." He says with a small smile on his face, Rose could only nod, agreeing with the Alpha.

Suddenly a figure approaches them and speaks up "Congratulation for your marriage, Taehyung Oppa." Hearing the voice, the two instantly turn towards the owner of the voice. A huge smile appeared on Taehyung's face upon seeing the person.

"Lisa"

Jungkook stood in front of the room where Jennie is in with some sweets in his hand. "Jennie-ah, it's me your brother, can I come in?" He asked, he doesn't bother to knock usually but today he felt the need to do so. Soon one of the maids opens the door and bowed at him before leaving the room.

Jungkook just nods his head in response and enters the room after the maid left. His gaze lends on Jennie, who is sitting in front of the mirror in her red hanbok. The Trueblood smiled "Wah, Daebak, my sister looks different after wearing make-up today" He says as he places the sweets on the table.

Jennie gazes at him through the mirror "Do I look prettier?" She asks while Jungkook takes one of the sweets and eats it before shaking his head "Nope, you look uglier than before." He says as she huff in disbelief "you really won't miss the opportunity to annoy me don't you?" She says as she grabs the sweets and shoves them in her mouth angrily.

Jungkook laugh and sat beside her "Of course, I would never miss but the truth is, You look very beautiful today, my little sister will always look pretty because her brother is handsome it would be such a huge loss if my siblings are not as good looking as me." He says playfully as Jennie shakes her head.

"Yeah, keep on complimenting yourself." She says and shakes her head "Who else would compliment me if it wasn't myself huh?" Jungkook replies with a huff. There is silence between them as Jennie looked back in the mirror "I'm nervous." She says and Jungkook nods "Then, don't be nervous." He shrugs making Jennie roll her eyes.

"You're not helping," she says as Jungkook chuckle "It's normal to feel that way, Jennie, it's life and you're a human with feelings. Did you feel nervous? That's a good thing but always remember to go with the flow. Those feelings will teach you to control yourself, other than being nervous, don't you feel excited? You will finally be together with someone who you were meant to be. Why don't you think about the excitement instead?"

Jennie looks down on her lap "I felt sad too though." She says as she fiddle with her finger "I would be a Luna, there will be such a huge responsibility awaits me and... And you wouldn't be there." Jungkook smiles softly at her and pats her head "But Taehyung will be by your side." He points out.

"Growing up, aren't just understanding your surrounding and get older but growing up is when you let go of the past and start a new or You make your past as a reason to continue forward. I'm your brother, Jennie, we're siblings, we share the same blood. You might not see me, but I will always be by your side... Right here." He adds as he points at Jennie's heart.

Jennie sobbed as she went towards him and hugged the Trueblood. Jungkook hugged her back and say "Taehyung will be such a good mate, he'll take care of you, just like how I take care of you, but you have to remember..."

"You just have to go with the flow."

The marriage ceremony was held during the nighttime when the moon are rising. The werewolves believe that doing the ceremony during nighttime when the moon is rising will be blessed by the moon goddess. The moon was shining brightly when the ceremony goes on.

Everyone watches the ritual, the same goes for Jungkook. Soon it was time for them to pray for blessings and seal the bond, everyone look down and close their eyes as everyone silently pray for the moon's blessing. When they all are looking down, the moon suddenly glows brighter and that is when Jungkook caught a swift of a vanilla-like scent.

His eyes snap open instantly as they glow dark red. He lifts his gaze and his breath hitch upon meeting a pair of crystal blue eyes looking straight at him. There stood a woman in a white hanbok, standing across him, something stirred up inside of him as his wolf wiggled its tail and howl in his head.

Mate.

Okay, I have something to tell you guys, this chapter was written yesterday but I don't update it, why? Because I'm upset with one of my readers.

I don't mind if you comment for the next update or ask when will Lisa appear, I understand that because I'm also a reader, I'm eager to know what happens next and those comments actually give me a reason to continue the story, so keep on commenting.

But I couldn't stand a person who had the AUDACITY to directly message me and tell me what I should do with MY story. I don't want to mention the person because the user is a 12-year-old and I've scolded them, yesterday.

Lesson learn,

1. When I publish a story, that means that the story had a STRONG plot. The plot is complete with the beginning, the storylines, the twist, and the ending. So DO NOT come to me and tell me to ruin my own story!

2. If you want the story to be all fluff and romantic with no Angst and conflict please, kindly and respectfully leave my book. Every great story will have the phase and moments where the conflict will raise.

3. Don't ask me WHY I wrote that scene, every scene exists for a reason. It's either to develop a character or emotion, to overshadow the past, and to overshadow the future.

4. Jungkook's past isn't just about Jungkook and Lisa. That's why 'THE PAST' begins with Jungkook's birth. I need to explain what is everyone's relationship with Jungkook in the past so we could relate it to the future, so I could tell you WHY did the event happen.

I was so upset when this happened that I refuse to update. I don't want to update today either but I pity the readers that are patiently waiting for me to update.

I update every day because many people love this book and I do too but please, I beg you, respect me as the author of the story. If you have ideas and stuff, write it yourself, and don't tell me to change the plot for you.

I work hard for the plot so respect it.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, at least Jungkook had met Lisa in this chapter. I hoped this won't happen again in the future.
