Later that night, Via and Ned sat in Peter's room waiting for him to be home so they could build the Lego Deathstar.Β  Unfortunately, Via hadn't realized that her brother was out as Spider-Man. Her eyes widened as Peter's bedroom window opened and Peter clad in his Spiderman suit crawled in on the ceiling before closing his bedroom door and hopping down. When he turned he saw Ned and Via staring at him, Ned's mouth agape in shock. Ned's hands let go of the Deathstar and it crashed to the floor.

"What was that?" May called from out in the kitchen.

"Uh, it's nothing! Nothing!" Peter called back to her.

"You're the Spiderman. From Youtube," Ned said, still frozen in shock.

"I'm not. I'm not," Peter said. He pressed on the emblem on his chest and let the suit fall off his body.

"Ew," Via groaned, turning away.

"You were on the ceiling," Ned said.

"No, I wasn't. Ned, what are you doing in my room?"

"Via let me in. We were gonna finish the Lego Death Star."

"Via, you can't just let people into my room!"

"Don't blame me for this!" Via whisper-shouted so May didn't hear them.

"Well, who else do I blame?" Peter asked.

"I don't know!" She said in a confident tone.

May opened the door, waving a rag in front of her face as smoke drifted from the kitchen into the room. She barely noticed the awkward scene that she walked in on.

"That turkey meatloaf recipe is a disaster," She laughed. "Lets go to dinner. Thai? Ned, you wan't Thai?"

"Yes," Ned told her.

"No. He's got a thing," Peter spoke up.

"A thing to do after."

"Okay," May said, looking at them weirdly. "Maybe put on some clothes." She gestured to Peter.

"Oh, she doesn't know?" Ned asked after May had left.

"Only Via knows. I mean, Mr. Stark knows because he made my suit, but that's it."

"Tony Stark made you that? Are you an Avenger."

"Yeah, basically," Peter said after hesitating.

"Woah..."

"Ned, you can't tell anyone about this," Via informed her best friend. "You have to keep it a secret."

"A secret? Why?" Ned asked.

"You know what she's like," Peter said, referring to May. "If she finds out people try and kill me every single night, she's not going to let me do this anymore. Come on, Ned, please."

"Okay, okay, okay. I'll level with you. I don't think I can keep this a secret. This is the greatest thing that's ever happened to me, Peter!"

"Ned, May cannot know. I can't do that to her right now, you know? I mean, everything that's happened to her, I...Please," Peter basically begged.

"Okay," Ned sighed.

"Just swear it, okay?"

"I swear."

"Thank you. I can't believe this is happening right now."

"Can I try the suit on?" Ned asked.

"No," Peter told him.

"How does it work? Is it magnets? How do you shoot the strings?"

"I'm gonna tell you about this at school tomorrow, okay?"

"Great. Okay, well, wait, then. How do you do this and the Stark internship?"

"Ned, this is his Stark internship," Via sighed in exasperation.

"Oh."

"Just get out of here," Peter said, ushering Ned out the door. "You too, Via."
