I wondered for so long how it would feel to fall in love with someone. Yeah, I've had crushes before...but I've never felt those butterflies in my stomach everyone says they've felt.

How is that like?

My whole life I thought Steven Conklin, was that boy I would never get out of my head. I thought nothing else would happen though, that I would never feel fireworks or butterflies in my stomach.

But it did happen, every time.

He was everything I've ever dreamed of having, although he was supposed to be a brother figure to me. But he turned to be more than that, I loved him...not in a friend or brother way.

You know what I mean, right?

Another summer, and the Conklin Family is coming back to the beautiful beach house. This place is filled with so much love in the air, so much comfort and emotions stuck in one house.

This summer was different, it felt different. Everyone was grown and looking for more adventures. Me in particular was looking for a way to find my path, what I always wanted.

And I was gonna get it, no matter what.
