Josephine Lewis / Morningstar

Josephine was one of the Angels of beauty, made to be a servant for the Archangel Jophiel until she fell in love with God's rebellious son, Samael- or as he preferred to be known as, Lucifer. She accompanied Lucifer down to hell after the rebellion and soon became his queen.

Lucifer Morningstar, also known as Samael or 'The Light bringer', is one of God's angels and the infamous ruler of Hell. He served as the King of Hell for eons beside Josephine until he decided to take a vacation.

Josephine once believed she had everything- that she would be happy in this world as long as she had Lucifer by her side. He was her rock, the only reason why she was who she became, the Queen of Hell. There was no pleasure in the screams of the damned that echoed through her kingdom but as long as Lucifer was with her, Josephine never felt like she didn't belong in her throne.

The Angel, who was born to serve in heaven didn't realize how falling from that place would change them as time passed them without a care. The scars on her face that once used to resemble beauty in the Court of God soon became hideous in the dark hallways of Hell where her only companions were those who were considered bad. She was okay- she thought she will be as long as she had Lucifer.

But Lucifer was never one to stay.

They never realized when they started to drift apart- the space between them becoming infinite as Lucifer went back to Earth from time to time, sleeping with both men and women alike as Josephine found herself trying to hide in the quietest of corners of hell.

Josephine started to believe things would get better because she still had Lucifer.

Lucifer was never one to stay.

When her husband went up to Earth for a supposed 'vacation', Josephine felt betrayal in ever inch of her body but she waited for him. She waited for a thousand years and more but he never returned- coming back only once to take Mazikeen of Lilim with him.

Lucifer didn't stay.

And that angered her.

Josephine had given up everything for him and Lucifer never came back for her as she broke down in her cold throne. So, Josephine left her kingdom of darkness, dropping the keys of Hell into the pile of failure she liked to call her marriage.

Lucifer wasn't the only one who got to have a vacation.

Everything except Josephine and the changes she brings in the story belongs to the amazing makers of this show. I may make mistakes in some places so pls feel free to point them out.
