"I CHOOSE HIM," Moonyoung sighed, Suho looked at her as if expecting that. "Wow, that didn't hurt at all," another voice spoke, Moonyoung turned around and face Youngjae. "Lee Suho, how does it feel to lose to me?" he teased, as Suho glared at him, "Bit too early? ── My bad," Moonyoung turned to Suho, "I won't feel bad for my choice," Moonyoung smiled, "I really do care and love you but I don't think we should date or have any other relationship other than best friends,"

Suho nodded, "I completely understand. I guess this is payback for breaking your heart all those years ago," he joked, Moonyoung laughed, "It is, but I know you'll get over me faster than ever," she said before giving him a hug and a peck on the cheek.

"Youngjae and I'll get going first," Moonyoung added as she and Youngjae interlocked hands and walked off, Suho smiled as he went back to his own home ── not one tear shed. Some things were meant to be the way they are. He and Moonyoung were in love with each other at the wrong time and now it was time they both moved on.

As she and Youngjae walked back, they smiled at one another, Youngjae grinned at her, "So, after all this time of pretending to hate me, you really were in love with me, weren't you?" Youngjae spoke, "Oh please, don't go there. I hated you when I first met you, I guess I started to like you when you were less annoying," Moonyoung scoffed

"Well, I liked you since I first met you," Youngjae shrugged, Moonyoung smirked, "I knew it. For that long?── You must've been totally in love with me," she remarked, "I only liked you for a short while but you liked me for a whole year?" Moonyoung laughed. Youngjae rolled his eyes and shook his head.

"Let's just go home, alright?" he said, as he walked her home. As they arrived at the gate, Moonyoung smiled at him, "I'll see you soon, okay? Go home and sleep," she said waving her hand as he returned the gesture and Moonyoung went back into her house.

THE NEXT MORNING, Moonyoung had woken up to a handful of news. One, Jukyung and Seojun had begun dating and Soojin and Jukyung had made up. And Suho was at Move Entertainment meeting with Hee Kyung about producing a song. All-day, she couldn't find time to hang out with Youngjae, and instead, she promised to hang out with Soo-ah and Jukyung.

At the mall, Jukyung had told the girls all about the incident with Soojin. "Were you okay? Didn't you get angry?" Soo-ah asked, "No, it was nice to see her again," Jukyung smiled, Moonyoung smiled adoringly, "You've always been too

nice," she sighed, shaking her head, "But it would be nice to see Kangsoo again, wouldn't it?"

Soo-ah nodded, "It would be ── I've always wondered how she was doing," she agreed, before noticing a pretty handbag, she gasped and grabbed it and turned to Jukyung, "This one's pretty. Try this on,"

"Oh, do you think so?" Jukyung asked as Moonyoung nodded and the girl modeled with the bag as Soo-ah grabbed another one for Jukyung to model with, "How much did your sister give you for a bag? How much can you spend?" Soo-ah asked

Jukyung grinned and pulled out a green credit card, "She gave me her credit card!" Jukyung grinned, "Yah, then buy both. Just buy everything!" Soo-ah said, "No, I can't. I also need to buy clothes for the wedding," Jukyung argued, Moonyoung sighed, "Get both," Moonyoung ordered as she took the handbags away and handed them to the employee.

"Why?!" Jukyung asked pouting a bit, Moonyoung grinned before pulling out her black card, earning gasps from the two girls, "Yah! Jang Moonyoung! As expected, the rich girl comes and saves the day," Soo-ah remarked, Moonyoung grinned, "My dad gave it to me as a Harvard acceptance gift," she said proudly before checking out and going back to Jukyung's place.

All of the girls were huddled around in Jukyung's room, with facemasks on and all on their phones, "What should I wear for my sister's wedding? This or this?" Jukyung asked the two other girls, after a little going back and forth, Jukyung chose the first dress.

"By the way, Moonyoung-ah, what's up with you and that Yun Youngjae guy," Soo-ah began "We're dating," Moonyoung deadpanned, "Has anything happened between you guys?" Soo-ah asked, "What do you mean?" Moonyoung asked, "I mean── you know what i'm talking about. did anything exciting happen?" Soo-ah asked, "Anything exciting? ── I still don't get it," Moonyoung frowned, "It's not like Youngjae and I are some old married couple,"

"No, I'm not talking about that!! ── I'm asking if anything happened between you and Youngjae," Soo-ah explained, "What are you talking about?" Moonyoung asked, still very confused, before finally getting it "My god Soo-ah, no nothing has happened," she laughed

"What? I never thought of you as pair of goody-two-shoes? You're not in highschool──" Soo-ah was cut off, "Gosh, that's enough," Moonyoung laughed, shoving Soo-ah. "Don't be embarrassed. But why aren't you meeting with Seojun today ── it's your day off?" she asked, turning to Jukyung.

"Suho, Seojun, and Taehoon are taking Youngjae out for a boys night," Moonyoung explained, "What? Taehoon? Why didn't you tell me earlier? Let's go join them," Soo-ah said, "Just let them have fun," Jukyung sighed, "But I miss─" Soo-ah stopped herself, "Well. . . he owes me something, so try calling Suho or Seojun,"

The two girls tried to reach their respective boyfriends, but neither of them picked up. This then led to Soo-ah found out that the boys were going to a hookup bar. The three girls then went running towards the bar, like athletes at a marathon.

When they got there, Soo-ah grabbed Taehoon by the collar and began to scream at him while Jukyung and Seojun began to argue childishly. The girls then found out they had gone partying at a hot sauna. a hot sauna of all places. Moonyoung ignored them and turned to Youngjae, "You gave a fright for a moment," she frowned, smacked his chest.

Youngjae grinned, "Sorry, Darling," he said, kissing her forhead, "But seriously, best boys' night ever! The hot sauna has everything! Sikhye, boiled eggs, ramen, my god it was like heaven," Youngjae said, sighing blissfully as Moonyoung laughed.

"So, where's Suho?" Moonyoung as she turned to see in the corner, Suho crouched down. She grabbed him by the collar and he was wasted, "Yah! Guys! You broke Suho! ── Youngjae, c'mon let's take him home," Moonyoung said, "Fine," Youngjae sighed, calling a taxi and the two of them dragged Suho home and into his bed, before going back to Moonyoung's home.

THE NEXT MORNING, the couple made their way into the wedding event. Arms locked as they greeted everyone they knew. "Youngjae! Moonyoung!" Taehoon exclaimed as he and Soo-ah made their way over to the couple, "You guys look so pretty and handsome today. It looks like you're getting married," Soo-ah teased

Then, Suho, Jukyung, and Seojun joined, Taehoon sighed, "Finally, the couple of the day arrives! With Suho," he said excitedly, "We were all placing bets on when you guys would get together," Taehoon grinned. Jukyung laughed then she turned and her eyes brightened, "Soojin!"

Everyone turned towards Jukyung's direction and saw Soojin and some unknown girl make their way towards them. "My gosh, is that Kang Soojin? ── You haven't changed a bit," Taehoon remarked, "Long time no see, Kang Soo," Soo-ah said, "I haven't heard anyone call me that in a long time," Soojin smiled.

"I'm glad you came," Moonyoung said, "Soo-ah, and I missed you," she added as Suho finally spoke, "Have you been well?" he asked, "I heard about your dad. I'm relieved," Soojin said, Suho nodded, "Me too ── Thanks,"

Soojin smiled, "I missed you," Soo-ah whined as the two girls shared an embrace, After they released from the embrace, Soojin turned back to the unknown girl, "Oh right ── everyone, meet my girlfriend, Hye-jin," she said introducing her girlfriend who greeted everyone politely.

"I see you're finally true to yourself, congrats," Moonyoung remarked as the two girls also shared a hug before everyone went to sit at the same table. The lights dimmed and Taehoon began to announce for the bride and groom to enter. Moonyoung laughed as Heekyung entered with a weird thing on her neck. Moonyoung assumed it was a part of the dresss and just laughed while clapping.

After the vice principal of Saebom High officiated the wedding, the two of them shared a kiss and the celebrations officially began. Everyone was having the time of their lives, dancing and singing while laughing. Moonyoung sat on the sidelines and danced along while laughing at the sight while Youngjae took center stage and danced with everyone.

A WEEK LATER, Suho, Moonyoung, and Youngjae were seated at the arena and watched Seojun stand at center stage and began to sing. Youngjae, noticing that the two friends had been on edge ── patted Suho's back and squeezed Moonyoung's hand, and listened as Seojun's deep voice filled their ears. Moonyoung noticed, Suho's eyes filling with tears and she smiled as she could feel the same happening to her.

Memories of her, the boys, and Seyeon played through her head like a slideshow and for the first time in a long time, those memories didn't hurt like they used to. And she blinked away her tears as she smiled brightly. She felt like someone who had just taken off a band-aid or a cast for a broken bone. She was healed, she was finally healed from all the pain she had gone through.
