I can never understand why people hate her.

They are all like "Katherine is the villain so I hate"

AND I'm like, THAT'S EXACTLY WHY WE LOVE HER!!

She's a selfish manipulative badass and you can't hate her for that.

The one thing that makes her different from the other is that she never cared about others. I mean, sure she did care for her daughter and for Stefan but never more that herself. Everyone in the show eventually sacrificed themselves for others. Everyone except her.

The fact that she died is somethin I still can't understand. But I am still happy for my mommy cuz she was my favourite character/vampire and she was also the queen of hell......

AND about her being a survivor, we all know that is true ever though she died (courtesy of stefano). But in the books, she was easily killed by Elena.

Reminds me, she is also german and her actual name was Katherine von swartchild. I have no idea how to pronounce that so if anyone does, pleasssse help moi 🥺.
