SERSI AND IKARIS KISSED each other's lips gently as the rest of the Eternals were in utter awe of the newlyweds. Seidon was always the hopeless romantic of any type of romance that crossed her path and this wedding made her think of the one person she wanted to share this love with the most.

Druig.

The pair were not officially together, but their flirtatious habits towards each other didn't go unnoticed but the other Eternals. Kingo would constantly bicker about how the pair weren't married already, along with Sersi who would give knowing looks to Seidon.

The wonderful sight of Ikaris and Sersi being so happy made Seidon smile ear-to-ear, holding her hands on her heart in awe of the beautiful couple.

As Seidon was too distracted staring at the couple in front of her, she jumped in place, feeling strong arms wrap around her waist from behind her body.

"Did I mention that you look absolutely ravishing tonight, my love?" Druig's whisper sent shivers down Seidon's spine, a smirk appearing while feeling his steady breath behind her neck.

"Yes, you did, like a thousand times." Turning towards Druig, Seidon couldn't help but stare at his gorgeous sapphire eyes and his soft pink lips. Druig's hands didn't leave Seidon's waist, in fact, he pulled her closer to his body, their chests touching.

"Okay, well, I'm going to let you know again." Druig paused shortly before speaking again. "You genuinely are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen in my life."

Seidon's smile didn't disappear as she started to lean in closer to Druig's lips, him being eager, leaning in close immediately. But Seidon decided to pull away before their lips can touch, mocking pain in Druig's chest as he put a hand over his heart.

"You little tease," Druig growled playfully. Laughing in victory, Seidon attempted to fully leave Druig's grasp, but before she could pull her hand away from his body—Druig grabbed her wrist and twirled her body towards his once more, their noses intimately close to one another.

Druig stared into Seidon's brown orbs and sighed lightly, making her tilt her head in confusion. "My love, when can I finally call you mine?"

"Hmm, maybe never," Seidon said jokingly. She swore she saw a tinge of hurt in Druig's eyes, even though he knew she was simply messing around—but Druig couldn't help but feel slightly sad at the fact that she would say they would never be together.

"You know I'm joking right?" Druig's thoughts were interrupted when he heard Seidon's voice and smirking at the chestnut-haired girl in front of him.

"Oh, trust me, sweetheart, I will call you mine one day, just you wait and see."

"Hey lovebirds, it's our wedding day, not yours," Ikaris said in a playful manner. Druig, Seidon, and the rest of the Eternals filled the room with laughter, the night getting better by the second. 

As the room slowly got quieter and the rest of the Eternals were busy talking to one another, Druig grabbed Seidon's hand, pulling them towards a more private and secluded area. They were standing near a brick balcony, the beautiful view of party-goers and the midnight sky filling their vision.

"Dru, what are you doing?" Seidon asked with a small chuckle.

"I want to give you something." Druig dug into his pocket, pulling out a mahogany wooden box. He opened it to reveal a necklace with a carved turtle, hanging on a brown threaded cord.

"Oh, my god, Druig, this is beautiful. Did you make this?" Druig nodded his head proudly, looking back down at the turtle charm.

"I made it with all of the love in my heart. I remember how much you loved turtles." Seidon couldn't help but hug Druig, making him lose his balance, but he chuckled and hugged back.

"Can you help me put it on?" Seidon turned around so Druig was behind her, his warmth radiating off of his body. Once Druig securely tied the string around Seidon's neck, he stood there for a few seconds before listening to the feeling in his gut.

Swiftly turning Seidon around, her body now facing his, Druig smashing his lips against hers with no warning, pushing her back into the brick wall. The kiss was so sudden, yet Seidon knew this feeling was right, so she kissed back Druig, their breaths becoming heavier.

Druig's hands lingered lowly on her waist and before the kiss could get any more heated, Seidon pulled apart the kiss reluctantly, resting her forehead against Druig's.

"I love you, Seidon." At those words, Seidon placed a small kiss on Druig's lips, his smile widening, his adorable dimples was showing.

"I love you too, Druig."

Seidon gasped awake as she woke up from the peculiar dream that seemed way too vivid. Deep in her mind, Seidon even though she lived those specific moments in her dream in another life.

She fidgeted with the necklace around her neck, still unsure of where it even came from. All she knew was that when she lost her memories, the necklace was still on her neck, sand and dirt covering the shine.

Her labored breaths started to slowly become steadier as she felt familiar arms wrap around her waist. It wasn't the same arms like the ones in her dream, no, these were from her boyfriend, Theo.

"Baby, it's three AM. Why are you awake?"

"Just had a really weird dream, that's all." Theo met Seidon several years ago the last time she was in Chicago. Theo was the definition of a teddybear—however, his temper sometimes got the best of him.

He didn't know what Seidon was or even that she had superpowers. She wanted to feel more human, rather than an immortal that can bend the laws of nature.

"Was I in it? Was it a good dream?" Theo's eyes were filled with lust and sarcasm, making Seidon hit his chest playfully.

"Actually, no, you weren't in it. It was super weird, I dreamt of this random man that I have never seen before." Theo seemed disinterested when Seidon said her dream wasn't about him. He simply laid back down and closed his eyes, waiting to fall back into slumber.

"Well, we dream of people we have never met before all the time. I'm sure the dude in your dream was no one."

Seidon nodded her head slowly, still unsure of how this dream was so vivid, but she didn't want to dwell on it. Laying back down on her bed, Seidon continued to repeat the same question in her mind over and over again.

Who was that man? Who was Druig?
