It's been a few months now and it's nearly December; only a few days away! Most of the drama of the Academy has washed out of the public eye, but it still lingers within the resort, as the tension is still present.

Everything at the Academy has carried on fairly normal, however. Classes and training and parties. The usual occurrences of the year. But here's something new.

The main professor Ken Danielson; grandson of the founder of the academy, Grant Danielson; has gathered all students and parents into the meeting room of the academy for an announcement.

"This year," Ken started, "we have been given an amazing opportunity for a few or maybe even only one of our students to participate in."

Everyone was rather confused but sat in silence, waiting. As if to confuse them all further, Ken waved in a man, no older than thirty at most.

In the wave of excitement flowing through the room, most of the details were missed.

The man, Tony Smythe, was an Olympic Scout and he was choosing some lucky students to join him with the others he trained next year to then compete in the 2024 Olympics. It was the opportunity of a lifetime for these kids.

In other, very much less exciting news, Kayoko Clemens is finally at the academy, missing the first month or so for reasons neither her nor her family will specify.

All still delegated in the classroom, they sat in wonder and awe, beginning to make bets and guesses..

Long time, no see, little Snowflakes! Y'all have be disappointingly average and boring for the last few weeks, and I have to say, I'm not happy.
But now with Mr. Tony Smythe here, things are sure to get heated up, whether you mean for it or not. You all want that spot in the Olympics. Who wants it the most? We'll find out, I guess.
This competition definitely won't be helping the recently bloomed Aspyn-Queeney rival. Two very talented ice skaters, but will they be too distracted with each other to even catch Tony's eye? Aspyn in particular, as she's been known to... you know, check Queeney out.
In other words, it's nice of you to finally join us, Miss Kayoko Clemens. Your presence has been greatly missed here the last month at the Academy, and I'm sure baby siblings Romeo and Vera are relieved you're finally here to protect them from mean ole' Sapphire.
