Sweet Pea was walking back from his latest street fight. He wiped the sweat off his forehead and touched his lip, blood. Toni was wiping down her counter, from Jughead's beer spills from earlier. She looked up and saw Sweet Pea's bloody face and glared out her window.

"Another fight..again?" She grumbled, throwing on her serpent jacket.

Sweet Pea heard a door slam open and his head immediately snapped up, Toni stormed over and grabbed his arm forcefully.

"Toni- what the hell?" He said, rolling his eyes. She didn't say anything and she dragged him to her trailer. She took him inside and forced him to take off his boots, claiming they were 'dirty'. So he slid off his boots and then she pointed to the table, glaring at him to sit. He reluctantly sat down on the chair and watched as she grabbed her first aid kit.

"Well, who was it this time?" She sighed, walking over to him.

"Dunno, some random kid who was lookin for a fight."

She rolled her eyes and began cleaning his face, "I don't get why the hell you like doing this stuff."

"I like street fights Toni, I like to get hurt, and I like to hurt people."

She didn't say anything and continued to clean his face, gently wiping his lip. He looked at one of her lamps, or rather, anywhere but at her. She put a little cream on his eye and began to put the stuff away.

"You're so stupid sometimes" she muttered under her breath, he looked up at her.

"You're so cute when your mad." He said with a smirk. Toni felt her face get hot, she stared at him, "I am not mad!"

He smiled at her, "You're adorable when you're embarrassed."

"Who says I'm embarrassed!?" Toni claimed, her face getting red.

"Your face, dumbass." He laughed.

"I'm not embarrassed!! There's nothing to be embarrassed about!!" She yelled, she was starting to regret dragging him here.

"Mhm...so why's your face so red?"

"Because it's hot in here!!"

He laughed, standing up, "funny because it's quite chilly in here"

She glared at him, wanting to go to bed,
"Are you embarrassed?" She asked, crossing her arms.

"Do I sound embarrassed?"

She rolled her eyes and took a step towards him, he looked down at her raising his eyebrows.

"Would you be embarrassed if I did this?" She asked before pecking his cheek. She stepped back and smirked, watching his face get really red.

"Who's embarrassed now?" She whispered, raising her eyebrows. He bit the inside of his cheek and leaned down. He kissed her nose and backed away. Now it was her turn again, her face got red and she glared at him.

"I hate you with every inch of my body right now." She said through gritted teeth.

"Well that's not a lot of inches.." he said, raising his eyebrows.

"I hate you." She said, practically growling at him.

"You love me, you should see how red your face is"

Toni rolled her eyes and told him she can't see her face, he pulled out his phone and shoved the camera in her face, she frowned.

"Ew.." she murmured, disgusted at herself, he shook his head, standing up and wrapping his arms around her tiny waist.

"You're know you're beautiful right?" He looked down at her, she rolled her eyes once more and changed the subject.

"Where are you sleeping tonight?" She looked up at him. He looked askance,

"Dunno" he stated, pulling away from her.

After 20 minutes of arguing, he rolled his eyes and yelled 'fine' in her face, agreeing to stay with her for the night.

"Good!" She yelled back, making a pillow wall down the middle of her bed.

"Woah woah- I'll sleep on the couch.."

She glared at him once more.

"No stupid, then I have to listen to you complain about your back tomorrow, you get one side I get the other."

He grumbled something and got into his side of the bed, Toni already tucked into her side.

The next morning, Toni and Sweet Pea woke up tangled in each other. Despite the pillow wall Toni had made, she still ended up in his arms. Sweet Pea opened his eyes, looking around the sun-filling room.

Then he looked to what was in his arms, the small girl he had fallen in love with, right there. He laid there enjoyed it for a minute, then he felt Toni's head lift up slightly. She blinked a few times and inhaled his scent, before looking up at him, she smiled sleepily, thinking she was dreaming. Then she nuzzled her head in his chest, leaving him even more confused.

"Someone's happy to see me..."

Her eyes widened, That was not the way her dream was supposed to go and she pushed herself up, looking at him. She felt her face get hot.

"...do we always end up on top of each other?" He chuckled, leaving her speechless. She smiled sleepily again and shrugged, he kissed her forehead.

"You're so cute when you're half asleep like this.."

He laid her head back down on him and stroked her hair, telling her it was okay, she eventually fell asleep again. He kissed her head and looked down at her sleeping figure.

"I love you and I am terrified."
