need a quick and easy breakfast idea for school mornings when you're rushing to get out the doors? try overnight oats! i'm including my favorite recipe, but there are tons more on pintrest!

(blueberry muffin)

ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup plus 2 T milk of choice
- 1 T cashew or almond butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- dash of sea salt
- 1/4 cup blueberries

directions:
1. stir all ingredients except blueberries in a jar that can be sealed (ex. mason jar)

2. stir well to combine

3. gently stir in blueberries

4. cover and refrigerate overnight

5. serve chilled or warmed up in microwave.
