Don't you feel like everything is going wrong sometimes ? That you just had the worst day or even week ? Like it's just negativity everywhere in your life ? Like you're doing everything wrong ? Etc , and especially at the end of the day ?


I think there are times when we all feel like this , periods where we go through this❤

Most of the times , there are also positive things that happen to us but it's just easier to focus on the negative things and see the bad aspects 

When there is negativity and positivity we tend to pay attention to the negative side even if it's not on purpose and it makes us feel like we're ruining our life or like nothing great is happening

But there's a way to deal with this and help you feel like you just didn't waste your time or failed everything

Whenever you're having a bad day , think about something nice that happened today

It doesn't have to be something big , really, just simple small things that made you feel happy or made you smile💫

For example , a talk with somebody , a compliment a friend gave you today ,  a teacher that congratulated you on an answer , a hug , the fact that your hair looks good , or the fact that you don't have much homework , the fact that you felt like you did good on a test , or the fact that you just had a good time with somebody , talked to someone you haven't seen in a while, an attention ..Just anything that made your day better

And while thinking about those things write them down on a paper or a notebook

When you finish you'll realize maybe your day wasn't as bad as that and that they were actually good points 

Trust me i will help you feel so much better 

I have tried this little tip and it honestly made a big change 


I really suggest you to try this , and it only takes 5 minutes of your time before you go to sleep !
