Contex: Moriko took of his glasses because she wanted to see what her Dex looks like without them. Also, because she said, "In movies, when a spectacle-wearing nerd takes off their glasses, they become more attractive; I don't think that's possible for you, my dear, but we'll see!"

Additional info: As the art suggests, Dexter allows it. Laughing/smiling amusedly at his darling's antic.
