In which a crew discover a distress signal of a ship and they decide to help the people on board. Only upon arrival, they discover they're not alone and fate has decided no one gets out alive.

However not everyone is telling the truth, and someone is working for the company. At the end of the day, you have to do what's best for the company.

personality: Riley is a very laid back person but she's also very bossy and annoyed easily. Tends to latch out easily whenever someone doesn't listen to her or follow the rules she's set in motion. Since she's been in hyper sleep for a month, she's a lot more confused and loopy but with time it'll pass and she'll be her normal self again. Of course that's if she makes it long enough throughout the entire time this takes place. She's really kind and helpful to others, never leaves anyone behind or judges them based off skills.

background: Riley was raised on earth by her mother, her father had ran off to space and became the captain of the Nemesis. When he died she took over the ship and she visits her mother every few years on earth, of course sometimes if she can, she'll send a message but it takes many months to get there. She meant Jackson on the ship and they got married after a few years of dating/fling. Upon the discovery of an unknown plant she accidentally picked up a rock that held one of the creatures. Her crew was murdered and in a moment of distress, she locked the entire ship down and went into hyper sleep after setting course for the sun. Currently she's still in hyper sleep, the creature haven't gone after her due to wanting more victims to slaughter/impregnated with more of them.

Why did they join the crew: he joined when he had just turned 18 and had been apart of it long before he meant his wife. He did it so he didn't have to fight pointless battles on earth all the time, he was also trained in weapons and the ship needed his expertise.

personality: Jackson is a mega douche and asshole, but that's just how he communicates. He doesn't believe in monsters or literally anything going on around the ship, he's sarcastic and edgy. If that's even possible for someone like him, but he's learning his best to be less of a smartass and more polite. He's actually a sweetheart and majorly protective whenever Riley is around, that's the only person he'll be nice to his personality almost changes completely when he sees her or talks with her. Thinks most people are wrong so he doesn't think the ship is full of literal creatures that want to kill them all. It's a miracle he's survived this long without being taken.

background: Jackson hated earth growing up, of course he was only there for a decent amount of time before he ran off to space. He didn't join the nemesis until he was 18 and long before that he mainly stayed on random plants or ships. He felt better when he finally became apart of the nemesis crew. The first few years were tough but after some time he learned to adapt and he also fell for Riley. They dated and then after a while he proposed when they were space walking and they've been married ever since. He thinks a rogue crew has gotten onto the ship and murdered everyone, forced Riley to set course for the sun and put her in hyper sleep. He somehow hasn't ran into any of the creatures yet, but with time I imagine he'll figure out what's really happening.

THE RULES

1. no problematic faceclaims! And please have some diversity and no influencers! make sure the person you choose is at least 20+ If I see a Faceclaim that's not problematic but I just can't stand I'll likely go for the backup option or just downright ask you to apply with someone else in mind

2. The password is your favorite movie from the alien franchise and if you don't know the alien movies... then favorite sci-fi movie I suppose.

3. Please be respectful of others and don't be rude. Be sure to comment and answer the questions, I leave at the end of every chapter it's required and if you ignored it I'll kill your character off so fast.

4. If you're picked to be apart of the cast please don't just disappear after you're picked, and when filling out the forms I ask that you at least give me more then 2-3 things for certain categories. It helps me understand your ocs a lot better, the more I understand them then the more they're in the book. Also google docs are allowed I don't mind.

5. please be sure you fill the form completely and that you don't skip anything, you can enter as many Oc's as you'd like just don't go overboard with it, since this is an alien concept I imagine it can be a decent amount of people so go crazy!

after many long days of me and my sister binge watching the alien movies and then seeing the new one on Tuesday, this has become my new obsession. The idea of being stuck in space with creepy ass creatures just sounds entertaining, so hopefully this doesn't flop... worst things worse I'll unpublished this and just republish as just a normal book of mine, but I have faith at least one person will apply! Hopefully more but we will see what happens! Regardless I can't wait! Forms in the next chapter, go apply!
