"Where were you?" Shigaraki asked. The moment you returned to the hideout, Shigaraki was at your side. You had expected it in all honesty, but that didn't make it less irritating. Luckily, you had the entire walk home to think of a coherent story.

"I got caught, shot, and I had to lay low," You explained, half-truthfully.

"Did you get the records?" Shigaraki questioned, unusually calm. You shook your head.

"I didn't," You lied. "But I'm fine, thanks for asking." Shigaraki sighed. There was a moment of silence. You were surprised he was taking the news so well. He was collected and composed, a stark contrast to his normal attitude of agitated and excitable.

"When was the last time you spoke to your father?" Shigaraki asked in a low volume. You looked at him, an expression of confusion.

"The day before he was arrested," You stated, trying to mask your bitter tone. "Have you spoken to him since that night?" Shigaraki shook his head. Your relationship with Shigaraki was complicated. He was older than you, you had known him your whole life. You grew up together. Yet, you were never closed; you never felt like siblings.

Shigaraki had never said it, but he resented you. He had hated you since the day All For One brought you home as an infant. Deep down, he knew he was jealous of you. His quirk was infinitely more powerful, so why did All For One always trust you more? You were his top priority. You were his pride and joy. You were his secret weapon. Shigaraki felt that as soon as you came along, he was nothing but an afterthought.

That's why Shigaraki wanted you to be the mole. If he could prove to his master that you, his own daughter, were the traitor, All For One would no doubt disown you. Things would go back to the way they were before you existed. Shigaraki had a plan too, but he had to wait until you were fully healed to put it into action.

Izuku's hand shook as he opened the door to Principal Nezu's office. He was used to being scolded, but it felt much more intense when he had to walk all the way down to the headmaster's office. He takes a deep breath, finally entering the room.

"Y-You wanted to see me, sir?" Izuku asked nervously. The small white mouse nodded his head enthusiastically.

"Please, take a seat," Nezu wore a smile. Izuku assumed it was supposed to be comforting or to put him at ease, but it simply aided in his discomfort. The boy did as his superior asked, watching as the mouse scuffled around to display a tablet.

"You're not in trouble, don't worry," His mentor assured him. This made the young hero relax, just slightly. Nezu pulled up security footage on the device. The video showed the exterior of UA's dorms, right outside Izuku's dorm window. He had no idea the campus was so heavily monitored.

"Last night, I noticed this," Nezu explained. Izuku stared attentively at the screen. For a few frames, the young hero saw what his principal was referring to. For a split second, you were caught on the footage.

"Did you notice anything strange last night?" Nezu asked, putting the screen away. Izuku swallowed thickly.

"No, sir," He stated. Nezu hummed. All Might looked at Izuku skeptically. Though his principal couldn't tell, his mentor could: he was lying.

"Well, just let us know if anything out of the ordinary occurs," Nezu told the young hero, dismissing him. Izuku quickly stood up and left the office, politely saying goodbye to the two men. All Might let him go. He knew the boy wasn't telling him something. He did see something suspicious, but for some reason, he refused to disclose it. Nevertheless, he didn't bring it up. Not yet, anyway.
