I created this moodboard (which I adore) and decided to make it into a character . . . 

This took multiple days to complete but I'm so so so happy with the result!! This is one of the most complicated designs I've ever done and that's why the reference took a while to make.

Feel free to read over the reference. I tried to make it as easy-to-follow as possible for anyone who may want to draw her :)

I'm thinking of making a few small ref-sheet adopt raffles so I'd love any feedback on designs like these :3 (Do you guys like complicated designs or do you prefer simpler ones?)
