'It was dark...and I feel...exhausted. I...didn't make it...but it's still so warm.' When I opened my eyes, my sight got blurry, until it was clear, I suddenly cover my eyes because of the sunlight and I raise from the long chair which I was lying on...

'!!!' I suddenly snapped in my gaze and looked at my surroundings. I was shocked by what I saw beautiful trees, people wearing unusual outfits, and moving objects that I can't understand, and I stood up.

'This is not the place where I was before.' I was surprised about this and when I check my left hand, it was fine. That's strange, thought it was petrified after Crystal's curse stop within my wrist.

'And this outfit.' I look at my boots but they are not my boots, my pants, this shirt, and this jacket with...hood, they look different, and when I look at the glass on the word Telephone Booth beside me, a reflection of my face was shown. I approach the glass and I remove the hood.

'No way! IS THIS FOR REAL?!' I screamed in my thought, and discover that I am not an adult. I REVERTED TO FIFTEEN YEARS OLD. I check the sword on my back, but I have no sword until I notice a shiny thing in the chair which I was lying on and I found my sword at last, the Gotterdammerung.

And also the weapon used for the shield of Rosaria, the Invictus.

I pick these swords and the light aura forms around the swords and just vanishes in multiple light spheres.

'Huh?! Where did my swords go?'

Normal POV

'It is. My name is Clive Rosfield, a hero who saved Valisthea from Ultima's fate, and ended up being stuck in another world.' Clive was looking at the sky and feeling confused about this world.

-Clive's POV-

It was now afternoon, or should I say three in the afternoon, now I was here on a so-called overpass just a few distances from the park, I bought a bottle of water from the vending machine behind the park, and someone taught me how to use the vending machine.

'I felt that I...like this world...but I feel alone...neither uncle, Jill, Gav, Torgal, and neither Joshua in my side.' Then I sighed looking at the vehicles passing in this overpass.

Cars, Trucks, Pedestrians, and so much more.

Until the two girls pass by, one of the girls with chestnut brown short hair, and the other is the color perm pigtail hair.

"Yosh. Time to check my powers." I turned around.

And lastly...

Then I sighed.

"It seems that I still got my powers from the other Eikons. How about Ifrit?...No, not today." I muttered.

Then I began to explore every place in the so-called Academy City.

Normal POV

Clive continuously, wanders around the streets until he stops at a restaurant and he felt hungry.

"Oh, a diner." Clive was about to enter when Clive check his pocket. He had money and enter the restaurant and went to the counter Clive ordered some food and he went to the table along with it.

Clive's POV

"Gochisōsamadeshita." I declared and I stood up.

And I left the restaurant and continue to explore this city.

-Timeskip-

I stopped at the so-called Crepe shop, I take a seat and look at the sky and take a deep breath as I removed the hood while observing the lush green trees.

"Ano~" a voice came from behind I turned around to see a girl with black short hair and wearing a flower headband and she is also a high school student but wearing a different uniform.

"Yes. Why?" I asked.

"Haven't you eaten?" The girl asked.

"Yeah, a little," I answered.

"Here have some crepe." Then I take the crepe with no hesitation.

"Thanks." And I take a bite and, "Wow! This is perfect." I complimented.

"Your age seems to be a middle school and yet you are, a delinquent." The girl asked.

"I'm sorry. I didn't enter school." I replied without knowing what school I enter.

"Wait what?! You haven't enrolled in one of the schools in Academy City?!" The girl was shocked.

"Onee-sama!" And I turn to the perm pigtail-haired girl who was blurting at her friend with a chestnut-haired girl that I saw earlier in the overpass.

"Onee-sama, do you mean that even though I am right here, you would prefer an indirect kiss to Miss Saten?!" She replied faster pace and she look like she was falling in love with her friend. What a joke.

"Miss Saten?" I wonder who is Miss Saten.

"Oh, you mean my friend beside me, she is Saten Ruiko, my classmate and I am from Sakugawa Middle School, my name is Uiharu Kazari."

"Nice to meet you. I'm Clive, Clive Rosfield." I introduced myself to them.

"Rosfield? Wait are you related to Anabella Rosfield, Executive Director of Anti-Skill?"

"Eh?' Did she say, Anabella? Mother?'" I was surprised for hearing the word Anabella, I feel anger after what she had done to me, Joshua, Father, Bearers, and the People of Rosaria.

At this moment, I was surprised, I sense something of danger.

'What is this feeling, I saw a bank that rarely close in the middle of the day, that is weird.' I turn my attention to the bank and Uiharu turned at them.

Just as I thought, I saw the bank's security shutters got explode.

Normal POV

All the people run for their lives and Clive put the crepe on the side and the alarm triggers.

Clive stood up and look at the explosion

"What was that?" Saten covered.

"Uiharu, contact the Anti-Skill and see if anyone is hurt! Please hurry." Suddenly the perm pigtail-haired girl jumps off the bench and brings out the green and white striped armband with a shield symbol.

"R-Right." Uiharu wears the same armband on her sleeve.

"Kuroko!" The chestnut short-haired girl named Misaka Mikoto stepped up.

"No, you don't, Onee-sama." But the girl named Shirai Kuroko stopped Mikoto and were the Judgment armband, "Maintaining the public safety of Academy City is a job for those of us in Judgment. This time, please be sure to behave yourself."

"Yes, that's correct. There's a bank robbery in progress across the public square on the edge of District 7. Requesting Anti-Skill to this location." Uiharu reports to her phone.

Mikoto look at Clive who was watching Kuroko.

"Wait a second, you," Mikoto called him,  "Are you the guy who sleeping on the bench in the park not far away from here, right?"

"Yes. You saw me?" Clive responds while watching the scene.

"Yes. In the early morning, the thugs want to take advantage of you while you slept and I took the thugs down, Kuroko arrested those thugs and we want to wake you up but we let go of you." Mikoto explained.

"Thanks for that." Clive thank her.

Kuroko managed to pin one of the thugs down.

"Sugoi," Saten commented.

"That's Kuroko for you," Mikoto replied.

"No, you can't! If you leave the square now..." Uiharu restrained the female tour guide.

"But." One of the female tour guides insists.

"What's wrong?" Clive asked as she approach them.

"Well Clive-san, you see..." Uiharu began.

"We're missing one of our boys!" The tour guide interrupt.

"Eh!" They exclaimed.

"He said he left something on the bus a moment ago." The tour guide finished.

"Then, Uiharu and I will..." Mikoto began.

"I'm coming too!" Saten replied with determination.

"Me too!" Clive replied.

"All right. Let's split up and look for him." They nodded.

A few minutes later, Kuroko had successfully pinned another thief with her teleporter.

While on the bus...

"Find anything?" Mikoto asked.

"No, nothing," Uiharu replied.

"Geez, where did he go?!" Mikoto wondered.

At this moment, Clive saw a thug grab the kid who was the missing boy on the bus and the kid was no idea where the thief bring the kid on.

Saten was in there and run to it. Saten grabbed the kid.

"What's the matter with you?! Let go of me!" The thief demanded, Mikoto, Uiharu, and Kuroko.

"No!" Saten insisted.

"Damn it!" The thief was about to kick Saten but Clive run at her and use Phoenix Shift to close the gap between the thief.

Uiharu and Mikoto were shocked by Clive's action. Kuroko was shocked too and she has a match of being a teleporter.

In a single moment, Clive delivers a kick to the thief's face(aka. Shift Kick) and Saten grabs the kid and runs away but the thief still stands and cursed himself, and gets inside the car.

"Saten-san." Uiharu cried.

"Kuroko!" Mikoto cried out as she stops her and walk down the road, "From here on, this fight is personal for me, I hate to do this, but I have to get involved." Mikoto was pissed off.

They had no choice but to let her do what she has.

The car revved up and turn to the right in the opposite direction Misaka pull a coin and flipped it in the air and the car was going to ram Mikoto.

When the coin came to Mikoto's hand, she just flicked and the coin acted as a bullet of railgun everyone cover their ears due to it.

The coin hit the car and flip in the air passed to Mikoto and crashed on the road flip side.

Clive uncover his ear and he was amazed at her actions even the others except Kuroko.

Until they heard multiple tires screeching behind them.

And the group of thieves came to their aid or should they say a backup.

"Oh great! Another one." Clive muttered and walk to them.

"Clive-san," Uiharu said, and Saten, Mikoto, and Kuroko approach her.

"Clive?" Mikoto wondered about his name Clive.

"Is that the boy from the park yesterday? What is he doing here?" Kuroko said

"His name is Clive Rosfield," Uiharu replied.

"What?! The son of Anabella Rosfield, the Executive Director of Anti-Skill!" Kuroko said.

"Her son?" Mikoto wonders.

Then Clive summons his Invictus out of thin air by imagining drawing a sword on his back, making the four girls shocked.

"Wait! Materialization?!" Kuroko recognized.

"I read in the book. Materialization is the ability to summon weapons via objects. But for Clive, it looks like he forms his weapon from nothingness." Uiharu explained.

"Look at his sword. It's more like a medieval." Mikoto said.

"What do we have here? A wannabe hero who has a sword?" The thief said.

"Let's get him boss." One of the members said.

A few of the members are Espers and most of them are wielding fire, lightning, and ice but most of them wielding guns.

"Great. Guns." Clive makes his fighting stance.

"Clive-san! Use the blunt side for non-lethal damages!" Kuroko advised.

'Blunt side?' Then Clive flips his sword to the blunt side.

"IKUSE! TEME-RA!" Clive said.

Then the espers began to attack with their esper abilities with their range attacks but Clive swiftly dodges It not just once, but twice(Precision Dodge x2) and also charge some magic, and in the third dodge Clive release a full power-charged Fira to knock back one of the espers(Precision Counter Charge Shot)

"Kono!" The thief wants to attack with his sword.

"PHOENIX!" but Clive summons a fiery Phoenix wing, swings his arm as swept the wings at the side simultaneously, and hit him and throws on the light post causing him to knock out(Rising Flames) as the wing disappears.

The four girls were surprised.

"How did he do that?" Kuroko said shocked.

"I don't I heard him say Phoenix and the wings are fiery and colorful. But I didn't think that the fairy tale and myth of Phoenix become true." Saten amazed.

"Is he an esper? Is he on the Science side?" Uiharu saw his fighting skills are so odd for an esper.

'Impressive. Clive Rosfield just who are you?'

"A Dominant!" The thief leader steps back and he's scared a little.

Then two thieves carrying a steel baseball bat run to him for an attack.
Clive decided to counter it with a simple blunt attack on the back and a punch on the pit of the stomach and a kick in the face to silence him.

Then Clive began to charge at them.
He dismantles the Invictus and summons the Staff of Ramuh and jumps and raises the staff in the sky.

"RAMUH!" then the staff released numerous small thunderbolts and plunge them on the ground creating an electrifying burst within its radius to knock back all of the thieves and espers out(Pile Drive).

"He has an electrokinesis like me?!" Mikoto was shocked that he had the same ability as his along

Until he heard a vehicle horn sound, it was a propane truck driven by a person who was along with a thief.
The truck was about to ram him.

"Watch out!" Uiharu yelled.

Kuroko was about to save him until…

"TITAN!" Clive summons a single humongous earthly fist in the distance of his left arm and…Clive punches the truck with spiky rocks spinning around the fist it glows and releases some rocket launching-like combustion causing the minimal force of shockwave to stop the truck and the tank ruptured and the oil leaked and pushes the truck in the slight speed leaving a fist shape mark on the truck(Precision Windup).

"Oops!" Clive notice the leaking gas he had no choice but, "SHIVA!"

Clive summon a blue root-like icy cape split in light blue cloth in two releasing frosty bites of ice and snapping his finger causing the entire area to freeze even the oil spilling and dismantle the cape and he sighed(Cold Snap: Permafrost).

Then the girls and even the thieves began to shiver due to the cold temperature and it didn't seem this coming.

"Another one." Clive was unsure if he went too far to his abilities.

"GARUDA!" Then Clive summons Garuda's claws and grapples the truck driver through the window and drags him outside like a grappling hook on the truck the driver was good but shocked and he can't move(Deadly Embrace).

Clive check his surrounding. He got dumbfounded and got groaned his facepalmed in disappointment.

A few minutes later, the Anti-Skill arrived on the scene.

"FOR REAL?!" Konori Mii raise the tone of her voice to look like she was scolding Kuroko and Uiharu, "You let that stranger do what he want to defeat those thieves all by himself without any authorization!!! That an unacceptable!!!"

"I'm sorry. Sukucho, the truth is Clive Rosfield stepped up in this situation." Kuroko answered with a little regret.

"And also he's with us," Uiharu added.

"Wait did you just say his name is Clive Rosfield? The son of Anti-Skill's Executive Director Anabella Rosfield?" Konori looks at Clive being scolded by the member of Anti-Skill.

Back to Clive and the Anti-Skill officers.

"Now you've done for. You've got yourself in trouble." The officer said to Mike in an authoritative tone of voice.

"Do you know what the cost you damage kid? As an officer of Anti-Skill! I will never tolerate your actions!" Said the other officer.

"Tell me how do you managed to silence them? First of all, tell me your name?" Yomikawa Aiho said.

"Clive. Clive Rosfield." Clive respond.

Then the Anti-Skill got twitched as they heard the last name Rosfield.

"Wait a second? The son of Anabella Rosfield?" Aiho clarifies.

Clive's POV

Again, did they mention my mother…Guess, I'll have no choice.

"Yes. That's my mother." I answered but a little bit of hatred.

Third Person's POV

They gasped.

Until the car stopped at the nearby Crime Scene.

Until a certain blonde woman came out of the car which Clive didn't like it.

It was…Anabella Rosfield.

(But in the Toaru universe, she's wearing a suit).

Then they all salute to her including Tessou Tsuzuri.

Then Anabella salute them and they returned to their jobs.

"You finally wake up Clive," Anabella said with a smile.

"Mother," Clive said while the Anti-Skills heard the voice of hatred.

Aiho seems something wrong between those two, a bad blood between mother and son.

'Why is Clive showing his hatred towards his mother.' Aiho thought.

A surprise encounter between Clive who was supposed in the realm of Valisthea ended up in an unfamiliar world and his worst mother Anabella who was in the modern world.

This is the story of Clive Rosfield ended up in Academy City and what adversaries might he face in the future while familiarizing the modern world.
