Chapter eight
For The First Time
Trinity's POV:
Coral and I were picked up by a human ship, getting tangled in their nets. As we were pulled onto the ship, they seemed to panic and give us something to cover up with. "Miss, are you ok?" The man asked me. I went to speak and quickly realized that I couldn't. I nodded at him. He then looked at Coral. "What about you, miss?" Coral said "yes." Her voice was hoarse, almost like a whisper. The man left us alone and Sebastian climbed onto the ship. "What're you doing on land? This is not normal." Scuttle said as he landed on the boat. I rolled my eyes playfully and he said "there's something different about you. Uh, let me guess. New hair?" I shook my head. "New fins?" I shook my head again, smiling. "She's got legs, you idiot!" Sebastian yelled at him. Flounder somehow managed to get on the boat, gasping for air as he spoke about Ursula. "The sea witch? You went to see the sea witch? That's uh, that's no good." Scuttle said. Sebastian pointed a claw at him and said "the king is never going to find out about this!" Scuttle nodded and the man from earlier came back, shooing him away. Scuttle squawked as he flew away. Sebastian threw Flounder back into the sea and hid himself as he declared he was coming with us. When we reached land, my eyes widened at everything. I couldn't believe the sights. The sun was shining and it was so hot here. I squinted at the sky and Coral and I were put into a carriage, going to be taken to the castle. Ships flew over us and I stood up, wanting a better look. I then toppled down and pouted. I quickly realized I couldn't walk. Jeez. I didn't think of that. When we were brought to the castle, Coral and I were bathed and put into corsets and dresses. "Prince Anakin, there's some girls here. I think they're lost." I perked up at the fact that Anakin would be coming up to see us. The giddy feeling inside me was growing. I turned around just as he entered the room. I went to speak again, no sound coming out. My lips parted and I gave him a half smile. "Can she not speak?" Anakin said to the handmaidens. One of them said "I don't think so, sir. But they were both found in the sea. I believe they were in a shipwreck. I think they're in shock." Anakin nodded curtly at her and said "do either of you have any family here? A place to stay?" "No." Coral said in a very small voice. A girl stood next to Anakin. She stared at Coral as if she was trying to recognize her. Anakin clasped his hands together behind his back. "Then you may both stay here. As long as you need. See to it that these girls have anything they desire. Anything they need." Anakin said. "Yes sir." A handmaiden replied. I took in all of Anakin's features. His hair, his kind eyes, how he stood with such importance. A kind smile appeared on his lips and his eyes looked me up and down before he left. Coral and I were left alone in the room. My lip quivered and I went to sit down on the large bed. Coral looked at me and frowned. Her facial expression was a hopeful one. I knew she'd be telling me not to cry if her voice wasn't messed up. I was scared. I was in the human world, couldn't speak, didn't know anyone except Coral. I realized that if I even wanted to get close to Anakin it would be a challenge. "Trinity, you've got this. And you Coral. You both can make these humans fall in love with you. It's simple. But don't forget that kiss! You have to kiss him!" I nodded at Sebastian. I pulled at the boots on my feet, not being able to walk in them. I was so thankful they were off. It was so much freer this way. I explored the room I was in. All of these human things were so mesmerizing. "R2!" Anakin's voice said. I looked to the balcony, walking out on it. Anakin stood on the stairs of the castle, the blue and silver droid next to him. "Watch over young Boba Fett today." I looked to see a boy no older than twelve standing next to Anakin. He had shaggy brown hair, a gigantic smile on his face as Anakin gestured towards the village. R2 beeped at Anakin in response. "He'll be fine." A female's voice entered the air. Anakin turned to the woman and said "I know, Ashoka. Simply reminding him." R2 made offended beeps and Anakin chuckled. I sighed at how attractive he looked. My heart skipped a beat. Coral shook her head at me, narrowing her eyes. I gave her a look that said 'let me admire him.' "I'm staying here at the palace. You're more than welcome to help me with things." Ashoka shook her head and said "I thought I'd help Obi Wan with the search." "Oh, now you want to help. I thought I was delusional." Anakin smirked. Ashoka crossed her arms over her chest and said "you are. And I can't wait to prove you wrong." "That's so sweet of you." Ashoka smiled and said "don't worry, sky guy. You'll find the one for you one day." "I can feel her, you know. Through the force." Ashoka's face morphed into confusion. "How can..." "One day you'll learn to do the same, young Padawan. I'll see you later." Anakin ruffled Boba's hair before leaving the three of them. I made my way back inside the bedroom, deciding that maybe I should explore the castle tomorrow.

The end is dumbbb and it's been a minute but happy may the fourth!! I hope everyone has a great may the fourth! I'm gonna watch ROTS and ROTJ today. I feel like it's the perfect mix of emotions to have today. I usually watch EST but I'm changing it up this year!
