Description and Personality:
Long galaxy cloak with golden clasp in shape of the zodiac wheel. His actually body isn't always visible, since he doesn't need it, so most of the time it's just the galaxy cloak and his neck and head, but when he engages in a fight, or is taking on a physical form, he's seen wearing all black with a white armor chest plate, with the Royal emblem on it. His physical form is very rare, though. He has the power of all the Zodiacs, and more, and when his powers are active, both of his eyes become Zodiac eyes with the zodiac wheel, and shine gold, blue, green, and red interchangeably, depending on which zodiac he is using at the moment. When he is in his physical form, he can't speak, so he uses wingdings (his hands) to communicate. When not in physical form, he can communicate with the Zodiac Legionnaires via activating their zodiacs and using telepathy. He can see all of time and space, every time line, every possible outcome, all that is, has been, and ever will or could be. However, he is bound by the laws of time to not relay too much of this information to the Zodiacs. He can warn them of possible outcomes or prophecies, but he can't tell them which path they're on. Due to this, he tries desperately to distance himself from them emotionally, especially since his sons ended up being Zodiacs. He cares immensely about Sans and Papyrus, but tries not to let it show, due to the danger it could put them in.
