“Nope. I just feel different today.” Halley smiled. Matt’s smirk deepened. “So how’s Jason?” he asked casually. “Good. He’s still the caring, funny person that he’s always been.” Halley replied smiling. Matt laughed. “Still looks like you’re going somewhere fancy though.” He said, trying not to show Halley the slight unease that he felt for some reason that he couldn’t really explain, even to himself. He put the though and the uneasy feeling in the back of his mind. “I’m just wearing the girl’s school uniform. You men have clothes so easy!! Just through on a pair of black pants, button-down oxford shirt and a tie!!” she teased. “Yup.” He laughed. They were soon walking into the door of Wolfstar High School, a large castle-like building is known as the high school for the strongly-gifted. No-one, however, knows that their two most strongly-gifted students in over three-thousand years, are their most cheerful and friendly students, stronger than even they them-selves know.

Surprisingly, to where it is almost comical, Matt and Halley have all the same classes together. As they walked from class to class, they talked about movies, places they’ve been, place they want to go to, plays, songs, the weather, and just about everything that they could think of.

“Hey …Halley? Matt asked nervously. “Yeah?” She replied, oblivious to the nervous edge in his deep voice. Matt suddenly looked way. “Never-mind” he said, blushing ever-so slightly.
