"Please welcome our new member to the CCG, (Y/N)."

Arima announces to everyone and I bow my head respectfully "Hello it's a pleasure to meet all of you." I smile and stood back straight, everyone welcomed me and someone in the back caught my attention, a young boy or girl with white hair,pale skin and red eyes waved his or hers arms around excitedly.

"Hiya, (Y/N)!"

Oh, he's a guy then! I get nervous when he grabs my hands and shakes it while smiling wide, he has a couple of stitches too, on his arms,lips,and on his neck down to his chest. "It's so cool to have a new member, i'm so excited to get to know you."

"Um thanks..uh?"

"Oh! my name is Juuzou Suzuya!"

"Why don't you give her some space?" Shinohara asks and Juuzou shakes his head. Shinohara laughed and patted Juuzou's head.

"We'll look forward working with you from now on." Amon says.

"Yes yes, it'll be refreshing to have a new member here." Mado says next to Amon.

"Would you like to train with me later (Y/N)?!" Juuzou asks still excited and I blush when he grabbed both my hands and stared at me.

"Sure, I'd love that."

"Wow is Juuzou already warming up to her?"

"That's so weird, he's usually quiet around those he doesnt know."

"It's nice to see that (Y/N) has become friends with Juuzou." Shinohara says looking at us both. "Well (Y/N) is pretty cute." Juuzou suddenly says and I felt the blood on my cheeks rise up.

I'm glad Juzzou thinks of me like that, cause I also like him, he's pretty cute too. We all engaged in a conversation since our boss didnt minded for now, "Hey (Y/N) what do you say in joining us for dinner tonight?" one of the guys who was with us asked me.

"Come on, (Y/N), it'll be fun!"

"That way we can know more about you."

"It'll be our first dinner with our new member."

I smile and lick my lips, "Sure..i'm sure dinner will be tasty." i reply looking back at the young man.

"(Y/N)!!"

I stop in my tracks as I entered the CCG building ready for my first day here. I look to see Juuzou with Shinohara and Amon, "Are you alright?!" the white haired boy asks.

"Have you head the news lately?" Shinohara asks next.

"Yes i'm fine." i reply to Juuzou then turn to Shinohara "Why what happened?"

"Will,was murdered last night." Amon says frowning.

"What?! How?"

"A ghoul killed him."

"I hate them." i hear Juuzou whisper and I glance at him without speaking "I won't hesitate in killing them.."

"Careful,Juuzou, we wouldn't want another CCG member to die." Amon tells Juuzou and pats his shoulder. This will be tougher than i thought.

"This cake is delicious (Y/N)! don't you agree?" he asks laughing and stuffing his face with the slice of cake here in Anteiku.

"I agree it's delicious." this is so disgusting. "Excuse me,Juuzou, I have to use the restroom." i walked away and ran to the toilet and puked out the cake. "That was disgusting..but i'll do anything for Juuzou."

It's been a couple of weeks since I joined the CCG and my relationship with Juuzou was growing, but being here in the CCG and working with Aogiri Tree wasn't easy, I was sent as a spy by Yamori. I was too focused on Juuzou to even pick up on my mission. I wish Juuzou accepted me as a ghoul but he won't understand.

Today's the night Juuzou will find out i'm a ghoul.

Slowly i walked out and sat down where Juuzou was, "Why are you crying (Y/N)?" i look back at Juuzou surprised and i reached up to feel that I was indeed crying. I smile and began to wipe my tears, "It's nothing for you to worry about."

It was no use because I began to cry some more and ran out of the café. I never thought i would have feelings for a human...

"(Y/N)! you worried me back there." I hear his voice approaching from behind me and I smile at the sight of him, if i won't be able to see him again i would like to remember his face this way. I walked closer to him and without thinking I wrapped my arms around him and hid my face on his chest as I cried again.

"I love you Juuzou..don't you ever forget that."

Juuzou tensed when he heard those words but eventually he wrapped his arms around me, "I think i love you too (Y/N)."

I looked up to see his cheeks the same colors as his eyes as he leaned down and kissed my lips.

"Ha!!!"

I looked back to see the man sliced in half, I had to kill him he's my co-worker and if I left him alive he would tell everyone that i'm a ghoul. All that blood is making me hungry..slowly i knelt down and began to eat him up to regain my strength. I was half way when I heard a scream, Juuzou screaming.

I got up and jumped the building following where his scream was coming from, I landed down a roof and saw Juuzou looking at Shinohara's body as the owl was in the center staring at him.

Eto you better not hurt him. The Owl laid it's eyes on me and I glared at her "(Y/N)?" i heard Juuzou stutter from behind me. My heart was beating faster, i was afraid to turn around and meet his eyes filled with anger.

"Juuzou..." slowly i turned around and looked at him disappointed with myself in doing this in the first place. Juuzou's leg was broken but he was still holding into his quinque Jason. He stared at me surprised with tears in his eyes.

"You're a ghoul." his eyes didn't leave my red and black ones as he also stared at my back,my kagune. "Juuzou I-"

"You're the reason why this is all happening! Shinohara is dead because of you along with Mado!"

"I am so sorry Juuzou..i still love you" i replied beginning to cry when he got up and glared at me staring at the ground,his white hair covering both his eyes,i stared at him surprised when I saw him smiling and laughing as he held into his scythe tightly.

"Oh,well" he sang looking back at me "I guess it's my fault for even trusting a pretty girl like you." he grinned and began to launch towards me. I jumped back and avoided his attacks, "I won't fight you Juuzou so stop!"

I was knocked back when he hit me and he cut my cheek, i gasped when stabbed me with his scythe on my waist and I stared back at him,tears falling down my cheeks, The owl or Eto growled and threw Juuzou away and grabbed me letting me be far away from Juuzou.

Eto placed me on the ground away from the battlefield and went back to fight, "(Y/N) you okay?" i held onto my wound applying pressure to not lose any more blood.

"Naki,didn't know you were here." i wince when he grabbed me and began to wrap a bandage around my waist.

"I can't believe i left Juuzou down." i tell myself and hid my face with my hands.

"Eh? juice you say?"

"I said Juuzou you idiot! not juice!" i shout at him but tried to calm down "He was a friend.."

"Friend? I only have Gagi and Guge."

"Your friends even though no one understands what the hell they are saying?" i scoff and Naki smiled, "There you're all good."

"Thanks." i pulled my shirt back down and my eyes widened as i looked up and the clouds all cleared up and it began to snow. It feels so cold,the snow is pure and white just like Juuzou..i'll miss him a lot.

"I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings Juuzou." I whisper to myself and clinged onto my own jacket. Feeling betrayed and sad by the only human I cared about.
