Hermione sighed as she ran a hand through her hair. "Malfoy why can't you help me in tutoring him?"

"Because  I have better work than that to do." Draco replied as he flopped down on the couch.

"You agreed to help him!"

"Did someone cast Obliviate on you Granger? As I recall it was you who said 'Sure Professor' and not me." He said as he started twirling his wand in his hand.

Hermione was silent for a few moments but then she  non verbally accioed his wand to her hand.

"That's not fair Granger. Give me my wand back."Draco said angrily as he stood up.

"Not until you come to the library to help me."

"I am warning you Granger, do not test my patience." Draco said as he took two steps towards her.

"What if I want to test your patience Malfoy?"

"Then I swear you'll regret it Granger." He took another step towards her.

"I survived a bloody war Malfoy. I am not scared of you."

Draco became silent when he heard the word 'war'. He sighed and sat back on the couch.

"Look Granger, I am in no mood for fighting. Just give me my wand." 

"Only if you help me tutor him."

When he didn't reply, she said,"Okay how about this, you help me tutor him for an hour and then you can come back and do whatever you want?"

"How long will you tutor him?"

"About 2 hours."

"Fine. I'll help you tutor him. Now give me wand back." He said as he stood up.

"I'll give it back after you finish tutoring him." She smirked at him and picked up her bag.

"Ugh whatever. You and your bloody stubbornness." He groaned and picked his bag.

"I heard that Malfoy."

"You were meant to hear it."

"I might change my mind about giving it back to you Malfoy." She said as she stepped out of the portrait.

Draco muttered woman but sighed thankfully when she didn't hear him.

"Hey Hermione!" Andy said as he saw her walking towards his table in the library.

"Hey Andy. Sorry for being late." She said as she took the chair next to him. 

"Hey Draco. You can sit here." He said as he saw him approaching  and pointed the seat on the his other side.

"What do you want to study today, Mayfair?" Draco groaned but sat next to Andy.

"I was thinking about History of Magic since it isn't taught at Durmstrang and there's a lot to catch up." He replied while looking at Hermione.

"Sure. Let me just take out my books." She said as she picked up her bag.

"Can I just sleep while you tutor him?" Draco asked as he yawned. Merlin, only the name of the subject was enough to make him feel sleepy.

"Do you want the wand or not?" Hermione asked as she opened her books.

"Oh come on, I don't even like History of Magic. How am I supposed to help you?"

"Wand or not?"

Draco glared at her but opened his  book.

"What about wand?" Andy asked as he looked back and forth between the two.

"Oh nothing, I'll tell you later. Now Professor Binns taught us this topic in our third year." Hermione said as they started tutoring him.

"Can I have my wand back now? It's been an hour." Draco asked as he packed his books.

"Sure but don't repeat it the next time." Hermione warned him as she gave him his wand.

"Yes ma'am." He said sarcastically as he took his wand and bag and went out from the library.

Hermione turned to look at Andy an said,"Now these wizards in the 16th century......"

"You seriously did that? Oh god." Andy laughed as Hermione told him why she was late for tutoring him.

"I had to do that. He's a stubborn git." Hermione said as she packed her books.

"Yeah I can see that." He replied as he stood up.

"Yeah well, I am sorry about his behavior. I don't know why he's acting like this towards you." She said as they made their way out of the library.

"It's okay. I don't expect him to be friendly to me so suddenly. After all, it was the same in Durmstrang."

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, it took years for everyone to accept me. And when they finally accepted me, something happened and everyone turned against me."

"What happened?" Hermione asked as she was shocked to hear his answer.

"I am sorry but I don't like to talk about it." He said as he stared at the ground.

"It's okay. It's just that you seem like a nice guy. I don't know why they will not accept you."

"Do you really mean that?" He asked as he looked her in her eyes.

"Of course Andy. It may have been just a day, but I would like to be your friend if you'd like." She smiled at him.

"Are you kidding me? I would love to be your friend Hermione." He smiled at her.

"Thank you Andy. I should probably head back now. Same time and place on Wednesday?"

"Sure. And thanks Hermione, really. And please don't mention it to Draco. I don't like telling about my life in Durmstrang to anyone."

"You're welcome Andy. And I won't tell him. See you tomorrow. Goodnight." She said as she waved at him.

"Sure. Goodnight Hermione." He said and walked in the opposite direction.

"Zabini? Nott? What are you both doing here?" Hermione asked them as she entered the room and saw them  and Draco sitting on the floor resting their backs against the couches.

"Oh hey Granger. We were just about to play TDS."Theodore asked her.

"You know how to play it?" Hermione asked them. 

"Of course. Would you like to join us?" Blaise asked as he looked at the other two.

"Umm no you guys continue. I am going to bed." Hermione said as she made her way towards her bedroom.

"Come on Granger. Besides we have firewhiskey. It'll be fun!" Theodore asked as he stood up and grabbed a bottel of firewhiskey from the table.

"How did you get firewhiskey here? It's not even allowed here." Hermione asked as she stared at them. 

"Nicked it of course. Come on, play with us." Blaise asked as he walked over to her.

"You're not going to stop until I say yes, will you?" Hermione asked him.

Blaise smirked at her. "Okay but only for half an hour, okay?" Hermione sighed. 

"We'll see. Here come join us on the floor." Theodore said as he sat on the floor. 

Since there was two couches and armchairs, they all had leaned against one of them. Hermione dropeed her bag on the table and went and sat on the floor leaning against the couch which was next to Draco and Blaise as they leaned on armchair and across from Theodore who was leaning against the couch. Just as Draco was about to open the bottle of firewhiskey, she said," Oh no way. Firewhiskey is not allowed in school. I'll tell the teachers." 

Draco non verbally accioed her wand to his hand and said,"You won't tell."

"Give me my wand back Malfoy." Hermione said angrily.

"Only if you drink with us and not tell anyone." Draco said smirking at her.

"Malfoy I swear if you don't-"

"Tit for Tat Granger. Now drink with us otherwise you aren't getting your wand back." Draco said and opened the bottle of firewhiskey.

"Whatever but only one shot." Hermione said while rolling her eyes at him.

"We'll see." Draco said and poured it into everyone's glass.

And so begin the game of TDS and the start of a new friendship. Hermione liked the taste of firewhiskey that she drank it again but only after they blackmailed her. The game which was supposed to last for half an hour for her, didn't stop even after 2 hours.

"So Granger, T, D or S?" Blaise asked her as he refilled her glass.

"Situation Zabini." She said after taking a sip of her drink.

"So.....would you rather kill Umbridge or Voldemort?" 

Nobody excpet Hermione saw Draco stiffen as he heard 'Voldemort'. She gave him a smile and was about to say the answer when Theodore said, " Come on Blaise, it's so easy. What happened to the person who was expert in giving hard situations?" 

"That person may have slept in his dorm I assume, tired from hanging out with his friends." Blaise said while winking. 

"Who are you then? Trelawny in Polyjuice Potion?" Hermione smirked at him.

"Oh please, I am better than her." He proudly said.

"Yeah yeah okay, now answer Granger."Theodore said to her.

"Well frankly, I absolutely hate Umbridge but not more than him as he took many of my loved ones away from me. So yeah I would rather kill the other person than Umbridge." 

Draco noticed how she avoided saying Voldemort since it was making him uncomfortable and he was thankful for that. Though the other two, didn't notice as they were busy refilling their glasses.

"So Blaise T,D or S?" Draco asked while taking a sip from his glass. 

"Truth."

"Who is your current crush?" 

"That was a stupid question, Draco." Theodore said while rolling his eyes.

"I will tell if you all promise you won't laugh. Promise?" He looked at all of them and they nodded. Though he didn't believe them, he said anyway, "It's Luna. Luna Lovegood." 

Draco almost choked on his drink while Theodore laughed so hard that he fell on the floor while his hands clutching his stomach. Hermione just stared at him with wide eyes.

"Looks like you had enough drink Blaise, now tell us your real crush." Draco said to him. 

"I was telling the truth. I knew you wouldn't believe me."  Blaise said and crossed his arms looking away from them.

"I believe you Blaise." Hermione said.

Blaise turned his neck so fast, he was sure he had broken a bone or two. " Really?" 

"Well yeah, Luna is an unique and sweet girl so I guess it's okay if you have a crush on her." Hermione said calmly.

"Thank you so much Hermione. Here, firewhiskey for you." Blaise said and though Hermione laughed, she allowed him to refill her glass.

"But still, she's a Ravenclaw and we are Slytherins. How can you have a crush on her? It's silly." Theodore said.

"No, it's not silly. You don't decide who you'll have a crush on, you just have it. And there's nothing wrong if a Slytherin has a crush on Ravenclaw. It's totally fine." Hermione said while smiling at Blaise.

"I guess if you're happy then we are too." Theodore patted Blaise on the back.

"Cheers to Blaise's crush." Draco said and they all clinked their glasses.

"Anyway what you will take Draco?" Theodore asked as he drank from his glass.

Draco thought for a few momenta then said, "Dare."

"I dare you to dye your hair hot pink for a day, Draco." He said and they all laughed by seeing the horrified expression on Draco's face.

"There's no way I am doing it, Theo." Draco said scowling at him.

"It's a dare Draco you have to do it." He said while smirking.

Hermione motioned Draco to come near and whispered in his ear. He thanked her and sat back at his place. "I would do that if you give a I love you speech to Ginny Weasley and give her a rose, Theo." Draco said while smirking at him.

"Bloody hell no! She and Potter will kill me the second I say I love you to her." Theo told scowling at him.

"Precisley the reason why Granger suggested it." Draco said while winking at Hermione.

"Tell me again why weren't you placed in Slytherin?" Theo asked her and she just smirked at him that reminded Blaise and him of Draco's famous smirk.

"Come on Theo, it's not everyday you see Draco with his hair in a hot pink shade. " Blaise said while laughing at him.

"Anyone against this decision?" Theo asked as he raised his hand. When he saw no one raising their hands, he sighed and said, "Fine, I'll do it."

"Tomorrow's going to be a great day."Blaise said while grinning.

"Who said I'll dye my hair tomorrow? It wasn't mentioned in the dare that I had to do it tomorrow." Draco said while smirking.

"Another one of Granger's idea I assume?" Blaise asked while looking at the two of them.

"Your assuming is correct Blaise." Hermione said and winked at him.

"It's not fair Granger, you have to help me too." Theo requested her.

"Well it wasn't mention that you have to say I love you to the real Ginny Weasley, you can use a polyjuice potion and then say." Hermione suggested.

"How will I get her hair and who would drink it?" Theo asked while looking at all of them.

"Well I'll help you and I can drink it." Hermione said.

"Really? Thanks Hermione, you're brilliant." Theo said and grinned at her.

"You're welcome Theodore." Hermione smiled at him.

"Theo. I don't like being called Theodore." 

"Okay Theo." Hermione said and whispered something to Draco.

Draco thanked her again and said, " I'll dye my hair on this Sunday. And Theo you have a week to complete the dare." 

"Alright but you all have to help me steal it from Snape's- Slughorn's cabinet." They all looked down as they heard Snape's name. 

"Well anyway, let's continue playing the game." Blaise said and they all started to play the game again.

The game which was supposed to last for half an hour for Hermione, didn't stop until another hour and they all emptied more than 5 bottles of firewhiskey. They all fell asleep on the floor shortly after that. Their toes were touching each other's and Hermione's hand was touching Draco's and it looked like they were holding hands.

Hermione was the first one to wake up as she drank less compared to thr other three.

"Wake up everyone. I'll brew you all a hangover potion since you all will be having a headache when you wake up." Hermione said as she massaged her head and went to the kitchen.

"Thanks Granger." They groaned as they started to wake up.

"Here, take it. You'll feel better." Hermione said as she came back after a few minutes with four vials of potion. She gave one to each of them and sat down.

"I can't believe you all made me drink more than one shot and played for more than 3 hours." Hermione said as she finished her potion.

"You have to admit it was fun Granger."Draco said as he emptied his vial.

"Okay it was fun. But I am not playing it again when there is school next day." She said as she stood up.

"You mean you want to play with us next time?" Theo asked her.

"Yeah sure. I mean only if you want to. If you don't want to-" She started but Blaise cut her off, "Relax Hermione. He's only kidding. Of course we want to play with you next time too." 

"Oh okay." She said as she took vials from them.

"Well let's play it on this Saturday since Draco will dye his hair on Sunday." Blaise suggested. 

"Okay, done. Bring firewhiskey that day here." Draco said as they stood up.

"Well we better get ready as we only have half an hour till breakfast." Hermione said while checking her watch.

 "Didn't know spending time with you will be so fun Granger. " Blaise said as he winked at her.

"Well it was fun playing it with you guys too." Hermione smiled at them.

"Well Granger, we all would like to be your friends if you would like it. Friends?" Theo asked as he stuck his hand out.

"I would be honoured Mr. Nott." Hermione laughed and shook all of their hands. 

"You better get ready, Blaise and Theo. I'll see you later. Bye guys." Draco said and hugged both of them.

"See you later, Draco and Hermione."They both said and left the room.

"Thank you Granger. i think I owe you another one." Draco said as he turned to her.

"You're welcome Draco. I'll surely use it nicely." Hermione chuckled and went to her room.

Draco stood there for a few minutes thinking how nice his name sounded when she said it. He shook his head and went to his room. 

Hermione closed her door and thought about how much fun she had yesterday with them. Not all Slytherins are evil, she smiled as she thought about them and went to the bathroom only to find out that Draco already entered the bathroom. 

"Sorry, you can go first." Hermione said and was about to turn when Draco said, " No, it's okay. You can use it first. I need to find my books that I need today anyway." He said and closed his door after she thanked him.

He leaned against the closed door and thought why had he let her use it first and looked towards his bag that had every book he needed today and next to it, in a neat pile, was all of his books. He sighed and sat down on his bed and closed his eyes, waiting for his turn.

Hermione smiled at his closed door in the bathroom and went to the shower. 

Today's going to be a long day, they both thought, one from inside the bathroom and the other from outside.
