In this AU in between classic and x era in mega city there was a huge breakdown which caused whole area beginning polluted by radioactive gas .Because of that all robot masters that helped with evacuation needed to stay in area cause they were highly radiated. Almost 100 year's later when area is safe again maverick hunters headquarter sends Zero'th unit to look if there is something worth getting back from there . One of units member a female android named Myosotis finds dr. Light's laboratory she's able using memory stored on IC chips recreate first three robot masters .
