There was a time when Bi Bi refused to eat any vegetables. During that period, Bi Bi frequently consumed meat. With every meal, it was meat with rice, and more meat with rice. Her grandmother would say:

Bi Bi, please eat your vegetables.

Yes! - Bi Bi would reply, but she still wouldn't touch the vegetables.

What's the matter, dear?

I find eating these vegetables so repulsive, I just can't bring myself to eat them!

Her grandmother then warned:

You must eat your vegetables, or else you'll end up constipated!

But despite the warning, Bi Bi continued to avoid vegetables. On another occasion, her grandmother tried again:

Bi Bi, I made this soup for you, please give it a try.

Ugh, I'm so afraid of this soup, I can't eat it, it makes me nauseous.

Really? Just nausea?

Once again, her grandmother made an attempt:

If you won't eat your vegetables, at least have a piece of papaya. It's delicious and helps prevent constipation.

No! Even papaya makes me feel nauseous.

Everything seems to make me nauseous, so what fruits and vegetables can I feed this child?

Her grandparents, fearing she would vomit, refrained from offering her any vegetables or fruits for several days. However, one day her grandmother inquired:

Have you had a bowel movement today?

No, not yet.

Well, let's go check. Oh dear, I forgot to ask you for the past few days, it's been two or three days now. Have you not had a bowel movement?

No, I haven't. I'm going to the bathroom now!

Bi Bi headed to the bathroom but couldn't seem to have a bowel movement. Observing that she was taking too long, her grandmother asked:

Should I come in and see how you're doing?

It's difficult, I can't seem to pass stool.

Fearing for Bi Bi's health, her grandparents decided to rush her to the hospital. At the hospital, the doctor advised Bi Bi to lie down on the bed and proceeded to massage her abdomen. Afterward, the doctor reassured her grandparents:

It's alright, grandparents. It's just constipation. From now on, make sure your child drinks plenty of water and eats lots of fruits and vegetables daily. This way, she won't experience stomachaches or constipation anymore.

Oh, but I'm still in pain right now...

To alleviate the pain, she'll need an enema to help remove the waste.

Following the doctor's advice, her grandparents prepared the necessary equipment. Soon after the enema was administered, Bi Bi was able to have a bowel movement, bringing relief. However, her stomach was still hard. The doctor then addressed both the grandparents and Bi Bi:

Going forward, it's essential to drink lots of water and incorporate fruits and vegetables into your daily diet. If you continue to experience constipation and intestinal blockage, it will be very uncomfortable.

Bi Bi spoke up on behalf of her grandparents:

Yes, from now on, I'll drink plenty of water. I'll eat fruits and vegetables. But... what if I still feel nauseous?
