Hey guys!! first i wanna say that im really really sorry for not updating a chapter for a few days cause i have the chaptera saved in notes but i dont have internet here in my apartment to update..btw i went to see Jurassic World and it was amazing did anyone else see it? and how many of you are excited to see the new Disney movie Inside Out?! cause i am :) well enjoy the chapter!!

Mikasa's pov

"Alright class its almost time for you to go home so save up all of your things your backpacks while we wait for a couple of minutes for the bell to ring." our science teacher said as all the other students began to pack up their things i did the same and got. book out so i can read while all the other kids started playing around interrupting me.i looked all over the place as i pushed up my glasses trying to read again but to my luck the bell rang.

"Alright class take care and ill see you all next week,oh Mikasa come here please." the teacher spoke to me which got my attention i nodded and walked close to her desk. "What is is Mrs.Hanji?" i asked her as she looked up at me and smiled as she held up a quiz.

"Congratulations Mikasa you scored 100 on the exam your the only one who scored more than the rest of the kids..keep up the good work im sure your parents will be proud of you!." she gave me a closed eye smile."Thank you i'll see you on monday miss." i said stepping out of the room as i saw everyone of my classmates running towards their parents i frowned a bit and sat down by a chair that was near a tree i got out my book again and this time i did started reading.

I checked my wrist watch and it was almost 3 i groaned and looked around to see my mom,dad or even my uncle or any family of mine but i had no luck today.yeah right like y parents are gonna be proud of my score i thought as i looked at my exam.

"Its getting late i better head home to myself." i said as i grabbed my backpack and placed it on my shoulder as i began walking down the streets until i heard rapid footsteps and heard someone calling me. "Mikasa!!" i clenched my fists and tried to ignore her.

"Mikasa im glad i caught up with you,how was school? how long did you wait for me?." i glanced up at my mom as she began asking me those questions."Fine mom." was all i said to her and they ask me why i dont show any emotion.

"I hope you did well and sorry for being late your dad and i had a lot of work you know since the business is growing." she said with a small laugh.honestly i dont look like any of my parents in their attitudes well dad keeps saying that i act like mom but i dont think so.

"So Mikasa wanna head out and something since your dad and i have some free time right now so what do you say my beloved daughter?" she grinned as she began to ruffle my hair."No thanks mom i prefer to eat at the lucky cat with aunt cass." "Dont be so boring Mikasa come on your dad is waiting." mom said as she took my hand and began running with me telling her to go slower.

"Here we are!!" she said opening the door for me. "You know this is the first real dinner you dad and i had when we started going our speaking of your dad go say hi to him." mom began pushing me to where my dad was.

"Hey Tadashi look whos here." dad looked up and looked at mom and i. "Mikasa i missed you hows my little girl?" Dad said as he stood up and hugged me tight."Im okay dad look what i have." i said as i sat down next to him as mom tried to look at what i was taking out of my bag.

I gave dad a small smile as i gave him the exam i did."Mikasa you did great in proud of you look Maya what our daughter got." "Yeah thats great!" mom replied as i saw her text on her phone i tried my best to smile.

Dinner went fast and all i can say is that it was boring mom and dad began talking to me first that was until they started getting calls and texts from their work and we came home pretty quick the worst is that none of them asked what i did at school or how was my day..i stared at the small window that was right next to my bed as i tear fell from my eyes as i made a wish on a shooting star.
