Personality

Originally, Irene was a kind, sweet, and friendly person, though she was prone to feelings of resentment and bitterness toward others due to the abuse she suffered from others, especially from Homelander, America's premier superhero who killed her parents.

After awakening her new magic and having her powers enhanced, Irene now shown to possess more confidence, now being able to stand up for herself and others. She will show kindness and even forgiveness, but she will make them earn it due to knowing there is a limit to forgiving someone. Despite her new found confidence, her bitterness and resentment toward Godolkin and Vought's Supes caused her to develop a somewhat cold and apathetic side. She is able to lash out and even physically strike them, though she is able to restrain herself. However, she still retains her sweet personality.

Biography

Irene was born to Vance and Andrea Valentine, both of European descent. She was named after her maternal grandmother. When she was 17, her Evohuman powers kicked in when she. Her parents tried to protect her, but she ended up killing some of the bystanders. This made her the target of some of the authorities, especially Vought who sent their Supes as a form of public stunt.

Homelander found them and tried to "help" her, but only for him to try to sexually molest her, not knowing of her powers. She blasted Homelander away, and out of anger, Homelander shot his heat vision that killed her parents. Out of mix of grief, hatred, and despair, Irene generated energy blast that nearly killed Homelander, who flew away to escape.

Irene cried for a long time, now knowing she had no one because of her own powers.

She then went into hiding for about 2 and a half year or so. She secretly harbored hatred toward Vought, and thus engaged in vigilantism that involved attacking Vought-related places. At some point, she was found by former Colonel Grace Mallory, who discovered her existence after her team, The Boys, looked through some of Vought's files. She found her, and decided to adopt her out of pity. After that, she decided to help her fight other Supes from Vought.

She would later then meet and befriend Taeho Yeun, Creed Morrow, Philip Peverell, Nick Wright, and Olivia Ziegner. Though she find some of the boys... odd, especially Taeho given how chaotic he can be, but nonetheless, she felt comfortable around them and even considered them as her brothers. Not to mention she sees Olivia as her older sister figure.

Shortly thereafter, Irene is chosen by the Sword of Michael, where it bonds with her and grants her the ability to use Holy Magic, and advanced version of white magic used by some of the angels or denizens of Heaven. She is then approached by two angels: Castiel and Amenadiel, who trains her in combat, while also reuniting with her parents in Heaven. At some point during her training, she meets and befriends Emily, another angel who believes sinners can be redeemed and go to Heaven, while also being bullied by Lute, another angel, and Adam, the first human who became an angel after his death, however she fights back and puts them in their places.

At some point later, she became acquainted with Childe, who was part of the Fatui Harbingers in planet Teyvat.

Childe / Ajax / Tartaglia "NOT Ed Sheeran"

Childe was on Earth after leaving the organization for the sake of his family, who he ensured they would be safe from Earth and away from the organization's wrath. While seeking refugee on Earth, Childe met Irene after she saved him from a group of Cursed Spirits.

"Well, aren't you pretty for a hero?" Childe would tease, to which Irene could do nothing but blush.

As Childe went with Irene, Taeho would tease her non-stop, which always resulted in angry and embarrassed Irene chasing him with flaming sword while firing energy beams, all the while Taeho, who would dodge and ran while laughing like a maniac while the others watched in amusement.

Powers

Evohuman Physiology: Irene is a natural-born Evohuman, a human who developed superhuman powers through genetic mutations. She is classified as a Divine-Class Evohuman (Same level as Omega-Level Mutant), who are known for having most powerful genetic potential of their powers.

Omni-Energy Manipulation: Irene is able to manipulate and generate infinite amount of energy from another dimension that allows him to warp the environment around him, creating destructive explosions. Usually these energies have rainbow and white colors, and tend to be have temperature that is hotter than the Sun itself. This energy is rare due to being from another dimension, where it additionally grants her superhuman physical abilities as well. Later on, Irene is able to fire energy beams that are lock into a target to ensure it never misses and disintegrate a selected target. They are powerful enough to harm beings such as Gods, and destroy planets.

Superhuman Strength: Much like other Evohumans, Irene possesses superhuman strength.

Superhuman Durability: Much like other Evohumans, Irene possesses superhuman durability, able to take much punishments.

Regenerative Healing Factor: Irene possesses regenerative healing factor.

Holy Magic: Irene is able to use Holy Magic, an advanced version of white magic used by the Archangels of Heaven. Thanks to her access to the Sword of Michael, Irene is able to use the full power of her magic.

Holy Punishment: A technique in which Irene can make her targets experience all the physical, psychological, and emotional pain and suffering that they have inflicted on everyone in their lifetime, which will permanently damage their souls and will leave them in a vegetative state.

Holy Fire Manipulation: Irene is able to generate white-colored flames that are flames of Heaven and represent God's wrath, which allow her to defeat and destroy demonic or supernatural beings.

Holy Water Manipulation: Irene is able to manipulate water that is purified and blessed by God, which allows her protection against any demonic or supernatural beings.

Exorcism: Irene is able to exorcise any demonic or supernatural beings from possessing a human.

Irene possesses the holy sword used by the Archangel Michael who used the sword during the War of Heaven and Hell. With it, she can generate holy flames and slay demonic and other supernatural beings. The holy sword is also unable to be lifted by no one except for Irene herself or Michael.
