Personality

Much like his title as the Devil, Lucifer is a being of all the evil in the existence. He comes off as a cold, wise, ancient, feral, and sinister, yet at the same time oddly playful, taunting, and vulgar. His presence alone intimidates those around him, giving off a cold feeling and sense of dread and danger amongst others.

He also happens to unnerve people by giving off a mesmerizing and creepy aura that as if he sees into people, which he is able to due to able to read people like a book.

He has a mixed view in mortals, and mostly humans. On one hand, he likes humans because he see them as his favorite "toys" because how they are able to easily fall to his words and enjoys seeing their sins.

Much like how he bears the existence of the Seven Deadly Sins of Man, he possesses traits of these such as being easily being angered (Wrath), tend to be lustful and creepy toward both women and men alike (Lust), is very greedy regarding his "prizes and toys" (Greed), is extremely arrogant and sees other beings as inferior to him (Pride), always seem to be laid back and have other demons claim the souls of sinned humans for him (Sloth), tends to crave for human flesh and soul (Gluttony), and most of all he is jealous of God (Envy) and his older siblings, Michael, Raphael, and Gabriel, who he claims that they always were favored by God.

He loathes other Devils from across the Multiverse, especially those from version of Hell that is ruled by a version of himself who is husband to Lilith, and father to a demon princess named Charlie, along with a version of Hell where Devils are manifestations of human's fears. He hates them due to seeing them as weak and inferior to his Devils.

Despite this negative traits, Lucifer does hold some level of honor as upholding the deal he made, and rather begrudging respect toward some mortals like Vanguardians. He does have some form of sentiment left for his siblings and his father.

Biography

Lucifer Lightbringer, formerly the Archangel Samael, was one of the first angels to be created, alongside Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, and Azrael.

Unlike his fellow siblings, who believed in good in humanity, Samael, disillusioned by mankind's sins, believed that true good could not exist, and that humanity was weak. This led him to rebel against God, but he was defeated by his siblings before he fell, and was banished to the Underworld, which would soon became Hell upon his arrival and corruption due to his fall. Samael, now renaming himself as Lucifer, became the first Fallen Angel and first of all the Devils before him.

As more and more humans who died sinning were sent to be punished, Lucifer corrupted them into Devils like him, creating more and more demonic population within his domain. Soon, after gaining enough power and Devils, Lucifer rebelled against God and Heaven once more, which would be known as the Great Holy War, a war between Heaven and Hell. It resulted in God defeating Lucifer once more and banishing him to Hell.

At some point in his life when he discovered the existence of Jesus Christ, the messiah, he tried to test him but Jesus resisted, infuriating him and tried to make him suffer. He seemingly succeeded when he manipulated one of his apostles, Judas Iscariot, to betray him to the Romans and crucify him. Once discovered Jesus' resurrection and ascension to Heaven however, he was incredibly furious, but was also left somewhat impressed at how far has Jesus came.

At some point after, Lucifer discovered that other deities and celestials like Olympians and Asgardians fought the forces of Heaven. Lucifer, did not intervene, as he loathed other deities and saw them as weak. He enjoyed seeing the angels and God slaughtering the Olympians, especially Zeus.

Sometime later he created a Grimoire that contained portion of his powers for unknown reason. When he saw that a woman tried to use it and became the supervillain Qliphoth, he was amused by her and decided to let her use his powers.

Later after years, Lucifer would try to destroy humanity once more, but was thwarted by the Vanguardians. Seeing Azrael's chains used by Henry Lazarus a.k.a. Hexmaker and Null Force wielded by Ethan Kalder a.k.a. Bravestorm, Lucifer, for the first time, became terrified and retreated back to his domains.

During the Great Horizon War, Lucifer was defeated and sealed by Dystopian and Qliphoth, who drained his powers to empower themselves. However, predicting that they would lose to both Ethan and Henry just like how he did, Lucifer secretly allowed them to, planning their demise. After their death and defeat came true, Lucifer was unsealed, before happily returning to his domains, musing that humans are so interesting.

Powers

Demonic/Fallen Angel/Celestial Physiology: Lucifer, much like other angels, fallen angels, and devils, is a celestial being of tremendous power. Due to being God's first creations, he is just as strong as his other Archangels.

Reality Warping/Nigh-Omnipotence: Lucifer, unlike regular Fallen Angels, retains his nigh-omnipotent powers, instead of them being faded away completely when he fell from God's graces. Lucifer is able to bend reality to his will and manipulate any external force for any effect he desires. He cannot, however, create something out of nothing, unlike his father God/Jehovah. He has nigh-infinite wisdom and power over anything and everything as a result. As a result, he is easily able to overpower and even destroy beings like Sukuna, Yhwach, Sosuke Aizen, Goetia, Makima, Darkness Devil, Hell Devil, and Gun Devil.

Nigh-Omniscience: As one of the first angels, Lucifer is assumed to be aware of some of the most knowledge and unknowable secrets of the universe that are beyond human comprehension. He was immune to attacks from Cosmo, the Cosmos Fiend who embodied the fear of knowledge of everything in the world.

Pyrokinesis: Lucifer can control and manipulate fire. Due to being fall from Heaven and residing in Hell for so long, Lucifer is able to control hellfire, which are demonic flames that can destroy souls and even other supernatural beings.

Possession: Lucifer is able to possess and take control of someone's body under his control. Whenever he possesses someone, his victims start to convulse rapidly before their eyes turn pitch black with tar-like substance flowing from their eyes and mouth, their teeth turns into fangs, and their voice turn distorted and demonic. Lucifer's possession is stronger if the host is mentally weaker.

Psychokinesis: Lucifer possesses a wide variety of psychic abilities. His telekinesis, due to his celestial powers, is possibly the strongest. He can push back people with great force and so powerful that it can tear people apart into bloody pieces.

Immortality: Due to being a Devil and a Fallen Angel, Lucifer is immortal. This additionally gives him regenerative healing factor and cannot be harmed by normal means, and only Holy Weapons such as the Flaming Sword of Michael and Chains of Azrael can harm him.

Illusion Creation: Lucifer can create life-like illusions to trap his victims. He usually does this to toy with others.

Sin/Malice Empowerment: Lucifer is able to gain more and more strength and power through the more sins and evil intentions any beings have due to his nature as the Devil. Because he is evil incarnate and first of the Devils, he is the strongest among devils.

Molecular/Biological Manipulation: Lucifer is able to manipulate matter and organic biology in molecular level. He is able to use this to control the environment around him or to even heal others.

Flight: Much like other Angels and Devils, Lucifer is able to fly. He can either fly by levitating or using his wings to do so. Due to his nature as both a Devil and a Fallen Angel, his wings are black while the feathers look like it is singed on flames, and smells like burning tar.

Superhuman Strength: Lucifer is incredibly strong, as he is able to easily overpower any superpowered beings without any ease. He is easily able to tear people in half, rip out their organs, or crush them completely.

Superhuman Speed: Lucifer is incredibly fast, able to easily dodge all attacks.

Invulnerability: Lucifer is invulnerable to any physical damages and effects from powers.

Teleportation: Lucifer is able to travel through anywhere across the Multiverse. However, he is unable to travel to Heaven due to God's powers.

Hell Banishing: Lucifer is able to sentence any souls or beings into Hell. He does this by opening up a flaming rift that cracks open from the ground, before "tearing out" the being's soul before telekinetically pushing them down to the gate of Hell.

Devil Manipulation: Due to being the first and most powerful Devil, Lucifer is able to control Devils or any demonic beings. He is easily able to bring out Devil that is possessing someone, or put them under his command. Another perk of this power is that he is immune to any demonic powers, as Makima's attacks have no effects. He can even separate Devils from Hybrids or Fiends by splitting them apart from their human body.
