Rin's P.O.V~~~~

I was on my way to Kaneki's room to see if wants to hang out or something. We share a apartment so that we could split the bills between us. It was easier and wasnt awkward because I lived with Kaneki before.

I knocked on his door.

I waited a second and he didnt answer so i walked in. He wasn't here. He must be at the coffee shop. He is always there when he became a ghoul.

I got dressed out of my pj's and dressed in my normal clothes and walked to Anteiku. On my way there a earthquake started up. It was a strong one.

Suddenly the street cracks in two and i lose balance and fall in. I hit my head and darkness consumes me.

I hear people talking and walking. I also feel my stomach rumble and start to hurt. I slowly open my eyes to adjust to the light.

I seem to be in a allyway?
