The reef was endlessly beautiful. The rocks, coral and fish seemed to gleam brilliant colors I never thought possible.

"It's so beautiful," Luke gasped next to me.

"I reckon you don't come here often," I said.

Luke shook his head. "I always come here, it's just always different every time you go."

Luke gasped as he jolted down to the coral. "What type of fish is that? I haven't seen one in years!"

I watched as Luke dashed from coral to coral. I thought about the way Timothy always seemed so intrigued by the pink Bermudian sand, or Allison with the setting sun. And I thought, maybe for a moment that I could get used to living in the ocean.
