The next day

It was lunch break all were sitting in the canteen and having food . They were cracking jokes and having fun.

Vaishu : I am missing jai and Reem

Abhi : I agree

Sidneet : me tooo

Abhi : okay leave this and say what you all want ?

Sid : After some time bhai , i am not hungry

Abhi : shut up I am not asking you , I know you will always say this.

Sid : Dadaaaa ( whining)

While Vaishneet are laughing by seeing the drama unfolding as it happens most of the day .

Avu: Bhai order what we usually eat . But after 10 mins . I am also not hungry .

Vaishu : yeah Abhi

Abhi : okay then .

They were talking when Sid received a call , he answered it .

Sid : Hello who is this ??

Sm1 : Baby you missed me!!

Sid : ummm who are you ?

Sm1 : Baby you didn't remember, very bad but don't worry I made your life hell !!

Sid : ( shocked ) you !! (To Abhi ) bhai I will come in just 5 mins

He ran to a empty classroom

Sid : what you want now Roohi , you already made my life hell !

Roohi : Baby you know what I want from you and I am back in India.

Sid : Please Roohi , stay away from me.

Roohi : No baby , you know how much I love you.

Sid : It's not love it's lust ( shouted)

Roohi : Did you forget I have your photos with me , do you want me to expose them.

Sid : No please no

Roohi : Then you shd listen to me .Anyways bye i have so many works .

Call ended.

Siddharth was dumbstruck, he was not able to move . He sat slowly slides down to the wall . He brought his knees near to him and hugged them but his head between them , tears started flowing out of his eyes and started to murmur "I did not do it " . He was sweating profusely, breathing became fast and his heart was pounding. He wanted help but no one is there , his pills were not with him . He was so shocked and depressed that he could not control his seizure and slowly darkness overtook him.

Meanwhile with rest of the group

Vaishu : why Sid has not returned yet ?

Avu: maybe it's some important calll.

Vaishu : But it's an unknown number.

Abhi : Guys relax I will go check him , anyways I need to place order.

Avu : okay bhai

Bhai was passing through the empty classroom , saw someone sitting, hugging their knees . He hoped it should not be Sid . But to his dismay it was Sid who was unconscious. Abhi was shocked.

Abhi : bacha get up ! What happened?

Sid : ........

Abhi : Siddharth please get up

Sid : ....

Abhi was numb , to see tear stained face of Sid . He shook him hardly but there was no movement.

Abhi called vaishu and informed her tO be ready with the car. He quickly carried Sid in his arms to the parking area , where vaishneet were waiting for them.

Avu : Bhai what happened him?

Abhi : Avi it's not the time first let's take him to hospital.

They immediately drove to the nearby hospital .

In hospital

Abhi : excuse please we need doctor, my brother is unconscious.

Receptionist: but sir first you need to fill the form

Avi : What the hell ! ( shouted) CALL. DOCTOR.FAST

Abhi : See I am the Abhishek Nigam I can buy this hospital! (Shouted)

Just then doctor came and greeted.

Dr : what happened

Vaishu : he fell unconscious

Doctor : place him on the bed , I will check him.

They took him to special ward for check up and others are outside.

Avi : what happened to him?

Abhi : idk , when I was searching him , I saw him in the empty classroom but he was unconscious.

Vaishu : omg what happened now !

Avu ( trying to be strong) : let's wait for doctor.

After 15 mins doctor came out .

Dr (smiled) : nothing to worry he was just stressed out . That's all. Now he is awake , I already had a talk with him . You can meet him. Abhishek Nigam can you meet me in my cabin.

Abhi : okay doctor.

Vaishneet went to meet Sid , while at doctor's cabin.

Abhishek's PoV

When the doctor called me I was not getting good vibes .

Abhi : May I come in sir

Doctor : Yeah come in Abhishek.

Abhi : what happened doctor , everything is fine na?

Doctor: yeah everything is fine but..

Abhi : but what doctor ?

Doctor : relax Abhishek , the thing is Siddharth was not unconscious because of stress but because he had major seizure . I didn't say there because your brother requested to but being responsible doctor I wanted share with you because you need to take extra care of him.And also I got to know that he is taking a large amount of sleeping pills . They are very harmful , see that he reduces the intake of them but don't try to cut the pills in one go. His history says that he had frequent panic attacks and seizures . So it's your responsibility to take care of him . I am shocked that you don't have a idea about him.

Abhi : okay doctor thank you ! Actually he returned back from hostel only three months back and only his best friend knows about his health condition but due to some reasons he is out of the city.

Doctor : Also see that he takes no stress and takes rest for two days.

Abhi : when will you discharge him?

Doctor : you can take him now but he must take rest for at least one complete day.

Abhi : doctor can you discharge him tomorrow because in home he does not take rest !

Doctor : okay

Abhi : thank you doctor.

I was shocked when he said Sid had seizure , I mean how much my baby brother suffered in those 8 years. Why did I send him to boarding school . I am so much worried about him . What should I do with this boy. He is not willing to share what happened there and thinks we don't understand the difference between his fake smile and real smile. I returned to the ward to see Sidneet talking or arguing . I am angry on him for two reasons one for asking doctor to lie us and the other why he never said that he have seizures and Panic attacks also that he takes sleeping pills. Bacha get ready to face wrath of Abhishek Nigam.
