Claire was shown a shortcut to Bifrost and left. She looked back and saw Ratatosk was back in the world tree. Soon Claire arrived and marveled at the bridge. It was long and wide in width. The intense light coming from the bridge complimented the rainbow colors on it. There were hints of sparkles here and there. She walked carefully feeling the bridge was delicate, even though it was the opposite.

She soon arrived at the end and looked to the side. The bridge was surrounded by an ocean. That was clean and blue, to the point you could see your rippled reflection. It  glimmered under the sun, as if it had crystals and ice. Up in the sky there was an absolutely beautiful sunset.

Claire headed into the observatory and saw Heimdall right away. He nodded curtly. “Hello Claire” he said with a rumbly voice. She bowed and he waved it aside. “I should have known, you’d know my name” Heimdall chuckled. “Of course!”  “I know lots of things!” he said with a smile across his dark handsome face. His eyes were a fiery orange, yellow and red.

The light brown beard and hair suited him well, but made him look goofy. Except  his serious face changed that. He held his giant sword behind him. “U-um Mr Heimdall” Claire started to say. “Call me Heimdall”  “Don’t be so formal!” he said. Claire felt relieved. “Can I use the observatory to get to Odin's palace? He straightened and said sure. Claire walked forward and went in. The spike whirred and spun, then with a bright light shot Claire straight ahead to Odin’s palace. She felt exhilarated, while the wind whipped her hair and clothes.

Claire landed in the middle of a room inside the palace. It had statues of women with wings, vines and flowers snaked all across the floor. You’d think Medusa was around by just looking at how they twisted and turned across the floor. Claire immediately opened the door and walked out. She walked around for a while confused and lost, yet somehow found the throne room.

She saw two familiar figures.
