Hey guys, and welcome to the sequel of The Waking Abyss!

Before I continue, a disclaimer. I do not own Percy Jackson or any of its characters that will be in this story. I also don't own Camp Half Blood or Camp Jupiter. Those belong to Rick Riordan. I do however, own all my OCs and the plot of this book, so don't go stealing them or me and you are gonna fight. I would also like to thank undistinguisable for making the amazing cover for this story!

One last thing, if you haven't read The Waking Abyss then I highly recommend you go read that before continuing with this story because this is the sequel to that story so you won't really understand what's going on if you haven't read that first.

That's about all I've got to say right now, so, on with the prologue!

"You all belong to me now. You are under my control. I shall raze the earth and begin a new reign of chaos, and you will form my army. You have what seems like an unlimited amount of children that you can corrupt." Boomed a voice in the heads of every Greek and Roman god or goddess.

Almost every deity went rigid, and their eyes went black as they were corrupted. Some tried to fight it, but couldn't, and soon gave in to the corruption.

"Yes lord. We belong to you." Rang the combined voice of each and every one of them.

"Good. Chaos shall engulf everything, and I shall rule again."

Hey guys, I hope you enjoyed the prologue of the new book. The plot will expand a lot in the next few chapters.

The next part of this authors note will also be in chapters 1-3.

I'm doing like I did for The Waking Abyss and giving you the opportunity to create characters that you want me to add to the story because there will be some new characters. If you want me to add any specific new characters here is the stuff I want you to tell me about the character.

1. Name (can be just first name, both first and last, middle name, whatever you want)

2. Species (demigod, mortal, dryad, satyr, etc.)

3. Godly parent (if they have one. You can use literally any god or goddess from Greek or Roman mythology, including primordial gods like Tartarus or Gaea)

4. Appearance (things like height, hair color and length, eye color, etc.)

5. Personality

6. Age

7. Sexuality

8. Relationships with other characters (romantic, friendly, antagonistic, etc.)

9. Abilities you want them to have

10. Any extra stuff you would like to add that I haven't listed
