You don't take time to think or hesitate, injecting yourself with the serum. Immediately, the world of Factionless falls away, and you find yourself in a mirrored room, pristine, clean. You stretch out a hand to touch the cold silver, marveling at it all, when two platforms rise in front of you.

"Choose," says a voice. Two tables rise from the floor: cheese and a knife. You think about waiting, but you get the sense that they'll just wait for you.
