"Why do I have to be the baby?!" Sweetpea chirped angrily. Rolling his light brown eyes, Tiberius looked down at the little parakeet he was pushing around in a stroller they stole about ten minutes ago. Grabbing a pacifier and shoving it into the smaller bird's mouth, the red tailed hawk hissed quietly, "You complain a lot more than my old partners, ya know that?! Now shut up and take your nap!" Before Sweetpea could say anything, the hawk pulled the cover down so he didn't have to listen to the parakeet. At last, peace and quiet.

Then she showed up.

"Hi there! Remember me?" Gidget called as she pulled her pathetic little cruiser up. Sighing heavily, Tiberius didn't turn his head as he called over his shoulder, "Of course I remember you whatever your name is." Gidget huffed. She just showed up and already the hawk was driving her nuts. Seeing that he was about to reach a corner with an alley, she drove ahead and put her cruiser so that it blocked his path. Getting out, she walked over as she remarked, "This will just take a minute of your time. I have some questions for you."

"Aw, did you get a case? That's so cute," Tiberius purred sarcastically. He leaned on the bar of the stolen stroller as Gidget opened up the folder she had in her paws. Pulling out Hu's high school photo, she held it up and asked, "Know this kid?" Staring at the picture silently, Tiberius snickered as he pointed out, "Please officer, I know everyone in this city. Including you after yesterday."

"So in other words you know him."

"Yeah, basically. Are we done?"

"He's been missing for two weeks. And based on these pictures from a security camera, you were the last person to see him," Gidget explained as she then pulled out the piece of paper and handed it to Tiberius. Looking at it, the hawk muttered, "Okay, but I didn't do anything to him if that's what you're saying." Pulling out a pen and notepad now, Gidget replied reassuringly, "No but you are my only lead in this case."

"I ain't helping you. I'm busy."

"What are you busy with? Go ahead and tell me."

"You're gonna wake up the baby."

"I'm not a BABY!" Sweetpea shouted from inside the stroller.

"You can shut your mouth too!"

"Let me guess, stealing another watch to sell criminal?"

"Ha! Please. Ever since I was eight, I've been stealing stuff and selling it for money, more than you've seen in your life!"

"Is that so?"

"Yeah, cold hard truth."

"Thank you."

"For what?"

"For this," Gidget answered in a calm voice as she held up her pen and pressed a button. "Ha! Please. Ever since I was eight, I've been stealing stuff and selling it for money, more than you've seen in your life!" played, having been recorded. Dead silence followed as a very shocked Tiberius stared at Gidget, who had her arms crossed.

Just then, the silence was broken by laughter.
