"Wake up,Lilly, it's 12:30" Brandon said gently shaking me. I groaned, "I don't wanna get up." I whined as he literally dragged me out of bed. "Why weren't you up by now, it's not like you." Brandon asked, "I got 2 hours of sleep." I replied on the floor. I heard a soft 'oh' and started to lift myself off the floor. I yawned, "I need to get dressed so...shoo." I said as he left the room. I quickly put on a light pink tank top, black leggings, a white skirt, and some pokadot socks. I brushed my hair and put it in a pony tail, letting it show my new scar from the chip zapper. I went down stairs to find Brandon at the kitten table eating cereal. "Wait....it's FRIDAY!!" Brandon said, "SCHOOL!!!!" We yelled at the same time! Me and Brandon ran to school, we made it in time for Daniels class. (Mr. Kendfalk) "Glad you could join us, and please Brandon and Lilly stay after class. Also where are your shoes Lilly?" Daniel said, I forgot my shoes..... My fave turned red as I muttered, "um...I forgot them because I slept in and we didn't realize it was Friday."we sat down and muttered 'sorry'. After class we both met Daniel at his desk. "I've noticed, you have been dechipped?" He said, I nodded as tears stung my eyes. "Is there anything I can do to help?" He asked, concerned. "No Daniel, but I need to know, do clones even have soulmates? Just at random." I said, Daniel nodded. "To determine if the clones are soulmates they have to have the same numbers and tattoo on their wrist, clones get that when they are at the minimum age 14, and at the maximum 17. Most clones get it at about 16." He said, "oh thanks, just needed to know that." I replied as Brandon started at open his mouth. "Wait, Daniel, how did you escape the factory?" Brandon asked, Daniel sighed as he used the smallest details to describe it. "There was a fire and the creators died, right about a week after you guys left." He said, the bell rang, "you better get to lunch." He said. We headed out the door, to the cafeteria. "Lilly over here!" I herd Gabby yell, I nodded as I took Brandon's hand and lead him over to the table. "You want to sit with me?" I asked him, he nodded. "Hey Gabby, can Brandon sit with us today?" She nodded happily, "Sure, hi Brandon!" She said, he waved. Then I saw him hold his wrist, he flinched. "What's wrong, Brandon?" I whispered so the other girls wouldn't hear me. He pointed to his wrist, it had a symbol on it, it was glowing and red(?!?!). "Oh my gods!" I whisper yelled, not wanting the other girls to hear me. All of the sudden, a unbearable pain shot through my wrist. I rubbed it and then, a tattoo showed up. Brandon's symbol was eyes ( in pic at the beginning of chapter ) and my symbol said earth. "Cute tattoos!" Gabby said looking at my, now, cooled down wrist. "Um....thanks." Brandon muttered, 'what are we gonna do?' I mouthed to him, I knew it was completely normal but it was still glowing. 'To Daniel' Brandon mouthed back. "Hey Gabby sorry we forgot that we had a project for Mr. Kendfalk." Brandon said as we ran out of the cafeteria. We failed at looking normal. Oh well, to late now. My wrist started to burn again, it hurt so badly. "Gahhhhh" I heard Brandon hiss in pain as we found Daniel. "Lilly? Brandon? What's wrong?" He asked seeing Brandon's expression, full of pure pain. "It-Gahhhh" Brandon hissed in pain again. "It......hurts." I said between gasps of the pain, now getting stronger. I screamed my wrist felt as if it was put into acid then lava. I heard a 'make it stop' before I collapsed, over taken by the pain. I clutched my wrist, the pain was intensifying and getting worse each second. Then I felt a pinch in my arm, I didn't care what it was it just stopped the pain. I sighed in relief as I heard Brandon stopped screaming to. "T-Thanks Daniel.." Brandon said, "It was no problem I know how it felt." He replied, "what was that stuff anyway." I asked as I saw Daniel holding 2 glass bottles. "Chip 62097200167498 in liquid form, easier to inject!" He must of saw my look of pure confusion cause then he said, "liquid pain killers." I didn't know those existed, "cool!" Brandon almost yelled, I shushed him. Then the bell rang symbolizing we could head home. "so we talked through the rest of the day? Well we have to go bye Daniel!" We walked home. Forgetting the rest of school we had to talk. "Brandon does this mean we ARE clones?!?!" I said when we where home. "I seriously have no clue...." Then the door flung open. There was a girl, she was dressed in black and had a gun. "Say night night, hybrids!" She yelled shooting me and Brandon. That's the end....Hazel, Frank, and Nico found us, dead on their carpet. We felt numbness and went to heaven, even if we were hybrids...the end....that's the end...of my story.
