3/4 c milk
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c flour
Combine milk, eggs, and salt in a bowl.
Add flour and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Cook crepes on a crepe maker or in a small frying pan on the stove.
I like a variety of toppings on mine (not all at once though!) including butter, powdered sugar, nutella, peanut butter, biscoff, chocolate chips, and fresh fruit.
