Pork Ribs and Rice

4 lbs. boneless country-style pork ribs

1 medium onion, chopped

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 cup chili sauce

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 Tbsp brown sugar

2 Tbsp white vinegar

2 Tbsp ketchup

1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce

dash of salt and pepper

as much rice as you deem necessary for the amount of people being served


Place all ingredients (excluding ribs) in a crock pot and mix. Place ribs in the crock pot and use a spoon to kinda coat them as best you can. Put crock pot on low for about 5 hours (may take more or less depending on the crock pot)

Cook rice when ribs are almost done and serve together.
