(O.D.D.- I added Undertale Chime Remix. Let the showdown begin! ( >u< ))

Cry let wind whip around him violently; he looked over at Frisk with sharp, blue eyes.

"Frisk,  I need you to get out of here.  Go back to Papyrus' or something!  Just stay out of danger!"

Frisk opened her eyes and widened them with shock and worry.

She looked like she was about to sign or say something, but Cry shook his head; he smiled softly at her.

"Please....just go..."

"Sh-She's not going a-anywhere, Cr-Cry~!"

Virus-Raven was suddenly standing behind Frisk, towering over the child.

Cry widened his eyes and quickly summoned his Okami knife, throwing it at the glitchy version of his friend.

The knife was aimed for 'Raven''s head, but a large crow intercepted it; Cry brought Frisk closer to him.

More crows were summoned by 'Raven' as she giggled maniacally.

"Let's h-h-have some fun, Cry~"

The brunet widened his eyes when he felt a vine wrap around his ankle, ripping him harshly away from Frisk, who let out a broken shout of alarm.

Cry was slammed harshly into one of the JUDGEMENT HALL pillars; he coughed, air knocked out of his lungs.

He slid down to the ground as he clutched his midsection.

He glanced up through his bangs with worry--worry for Frisk.

Flowely suddenly appeared in front of Cry, grinning widely; his voice was demonic.

"Don't worry about Frisk~she'll get her torture after I'm done with Y O U . "

Cry was able to see Frisk in a cage of vines before he was thrown across the HALL again.

The brunet growled and immediately used his wind magic to steady himself in midair.

He extended his left hand in front of himself and pointed his index finger at Flowey.

Lightning orbs shot out like bullets and rushed towards the flower.

Virus-Snake intercepted the attack with his Return To Sender.

Cry then reached into his pocket and found a key; he gazed at it warily.

'I got this from Ao Oni.....but I have no idea what it'll do....'

He pulled it out and seemed to put it in an invisible keyhole; he turned the key.

Click.

Suddenly, literally out of thin air, Ao Oni came out.

The blue monstrosity blinked his large, black eyes.

It glanced at Cry once before looking at 'Snake', 'Raven' and Flowey.

Ao Oni suddenly grinned widely and approached 'Snake' at a surprising speed; the blue demon reached out to probably crush the tall brunet.

'Snake' merely rolled under the attack and sent a punch right through the demon's gut; blue blood splattered around the area.

Cry sweatdropped as Ao Oni disappeared in a puff of blue smoke.

'Snake is just too strong even though he's not the real one.'

Cry activated his Outsider mark.

'Svart!  I'm gonna need some help!'

'Understood.'

The Outsider mark on his right hand glowed; he quickly froze time.

'Cry, I must warn you. My magic will take a toll on your new body. It's dangerous to keep using it throughout this battle.'

Cry bit his lip at that as he immediately rushed towards 'Snake' lightning crackling up his left arm as he threw a punch into the obviously taller brunet's stomach.

The impact was made in slow motion; Cry proceeded to spawn rats beneath 'Raven''s feet.

Cry snapped his fingers and time returned to normal.

Two things happened.

'Snake' was sent skidding backwards and slamming into a wall and 'Raven' screeched in surprise when the rats started to eat at her ferociously; the two became slightly deformed into 1s and 0s.

Cry turned his head quickly to Flowey and widened his eyes.

SIX HUMAN SOULS.

Flowey grinned widely when he saw the look of recognition cross Cry's face; the SOULs floated next to the flower.

"Hehehe, you know what's going to happen, right? You've seen this happen before."

Flowey grinned as he absorbed the SOULs.

Cry widened his eyes further when 'Snake' and 'Raven' also got absorbed into Flowey in a form of 1s and 0s; a bright light surrounded the flower.

"THIS'LL BE SO MUCH F U N ~ !"

The entire area blacked out.

Cry gazed around sharply; he could only hear his own breathing.

"....Frisk?"

There was a soft whimper.

He immediately ran towards the noise and found a pile of thorny vines.

Cry tore through them and managed to grasp a small hand.

Frisk came stumbling out, bearing a few scratches here and there; Cry smiled anxiously.

"Hey, hey...are you alright?"

Frisk nodded; a determined look was present on her face.

The two glanced around for a moment.

Frisk suddenly tugged on Cry's sleeve; the brunet looked at her.

"What's up, Frisk?"

The brunette pointed over at a glowing, golden spark ahead of them.

Cry narrowed his gaze.

A SAVE point.

Frisk quickly went over to SAVE their file; Cry followed behind.

"Frisk, wai--!"

Bang!

Frisk jumped back from the SAVE screen in alarm; a large crack was starting to form on it.

Bang!

The cracks expanded; Frisk backed away to stand beside Cry.

Boom!

A large Flowey head appeared before the two humans.

Flowey smiled brightly at the two.

"Howdy! It's me, Flowey the Flower!"

Static crossed the flower's face briefly before returning to normal.

This time, the plant's face was covered with familiar, glowing, blue lines; Cry grimaced.

Flowey's eyes were black with glowing, blue irises in the middle; the flower grinned demonically.

"Thanks to the help of you 'friends', Cry, I was able to  k i l l  Asgore and take all of those delicious SOULs!"

Flowey giggled; the circuit-lines grew, spreading across his face.

"I can feel them all.  And your 'friends' are giving me quite a boost!  They want to  k i l l  you so badly~!  But not only you Cry--"

Flowey's face darkened, switching to different expressions.

". . .M ON S T E RS . . . H U M A N S . . .
E V E R Y O N E !    A L L   O F
Y O U   S H A L L   B E   E R A S E D
F R O M   E X I S T A N C E . . . "

Frisk tightened her grip on Cry's hand and took a step in front of the brunet; she had a light frown on her face.

Flowey blinked in surprise before grinning darkly at Frisk.

"What?  Do you think you can stop me?"

Frisk trembled slightly, but she then felt a reassuring squeeze on her right hand.  Cry stepped forward to stand right beside her instead of behind her.

Cry smiled brightly at Frisk before smirking at Flowey.

"Well, she's not fighting against you alone--that's for sure."

The brunet reached his other hand over and playfully ruffled Frisk's hair despite the situation; Cry continued to look up at Flowey.

"We're both going to kick your butt."

Flowey blinked before chuckling, shutting his eyes briefly.

"Hee...hee...hee..."

He opened his eyes and sneered at them.

"You two really ARE idiots..."

Flowey's face disappeared and the humans were plunged into darkness once more.

Frisk swallowed, but she straightened her back and held Cry's hand tightly.

The two looked around at the darkness surrounding them.

Creeeaaaaaak.....

Both humans froze and turned their heads to the sound.

Cry swallowed.

The ground shook beneath their feet.

The brunet's eyes noted how an eerie, red glow of light started to fill the darkness.

Cry lifted his gaze up along with Frisk.

A looming shadow slowly approached the two; Cry gritted his teeth.

'Oh f***.....'

Frisk widened her eyes with shock.

The massive silhouette paused.

Cry and Frisk could hear the heavy breathing of the giant being above them.

Long, thorny, green limbs smashed the ground beside them.

Cry held Frisk's right hand tightly with his left; he called up his Okami knife.

Both humans' SOULs came out in the open, floating and glowing softly above their chests.

A screen suddenly turned on.

Slitted, sea-green eyes surrounded by red were revealed; a wide, morbid grin spread across the white face of the screen.

Light filled the black void, and the humans could now clearly see the new form Flowey took.

Vines and wires held the body up from the ground.

Large limbs crushed the ground below their feet.

A gapping mouth opened and closed, showing a few rows of teeth.

The being was big as a ten-story building.

Four, bulging eyes that surrounded the screen looked down at Cry and Frisk.

Silence filled the area......and then--

"H A H A H A H A H A H A H A H A H A H A H A H A H A H A H A ! "

Loud, resounding laughter filled the void.

In an instant, large 'friendliness pellets' circled Cry and Frisk.

The gamer widened his eyes and sprouted his wings.

He grabbed Frisk in a princess-carry and flew up before the pellets could hit them.

More circled them once more.

Cry swiftly evaded, flapping his wings to fly a bit higher.

Without given a break, thinner and sharper looking vines rushed forward to take a stab at Cry.

The brunet narrowed his gaze and concentrated, creating sparks of blue electricity to surround Frisk and him.

The vines were burnt within contact of the blue lightning.

Suddenly, Cry's ankle got nicked by something.

He grunted and glanced down in surprise.

It was 'Raven''s crows again; he could tell by the sea-green eyes that every single bird possessed.

With sharp beaks and talons, the crows attacked Cry in midair.

Cry glanced around briefly and saw a FIGHT button appear; he quickly told Frisk to press it while he took care of their opponents' attacks.

Frisk nodded and squirmed out of Cry's arms.

She fell from the air and reached out to the FIGHT button below them.

She pressed it.

Frisk looked up to see if Omega Flowey's HP bar diminished even a little.

Zero.

Nothing happened to his HP bar.

Frisk widened her eyes with shock while Cry narrowed his eyes.

'It must be Virus-Snake's Return To Sender!  D*** it!  It'll make this fight even harde--OH SH**!'

Cry folded his wings in and dived downwards towards Frisk.

"FRISK!"

The said human jerked her head up with surprise at Cry before noticing that a bunch of vines were approaching her at a fast pace.

Shunk!

Blood sprayed up into the air.

Frisk bit her lip to keep from screaming in pain.

Her left shoulder was pierced--it was very close to her heart.

FRISK HP 11/20

But she was more worried about something else--someone else.

"C...ry...!"

Her voice was cracked and raspy; the two fell to the ground in a heap.

Frisk sat up and looked over at Cry.

One of his wings was torn off completely.

CRY HP 15/20

Cry clenched his hands into fists at the searing pain on his back.

Even though the wings were magical and not necessarily attached to his body, it hurt like a b**** if they were taken away forcefully.

He grinned shakily at Frisk, who was tearing up slightly in worry and hurt.

"H-Hey, Frisk...hehe, looks like we took a few hits, huh?"

A vine suddenly smacked Cry to the side; he coughed harshly and skidded a few meters away from Frisk, who called out in alarm.

CRY HP 12/20

'Friendliness pellets' shot towards Cry and hit him left and right; he fell to the ground and spat some blood to the side.

CRY HP 9/20

CRY HP 6/20

CRY HP 4/20

Cry wobbled to his feet when giant flamethrowers were suddenly aimed at Frisk; Flowey laughed cruelly.

Cry gritted his teeth and staggered to stand in front of Frisk agajn; he set up a barrier of wind.

The flames were deflected--but from a distance, one could see that the flames were slowly beating the wind.

Cry was growing weaker; he knew he couldn't hold out for long.

He felt a few flames burn his skin.

CRY HP 1/20

He shut his blue eyes.

'.....Not yet.'

The flames stopped roaring, but a new attack came out after that.

'..........Not yet.'

More 'friendliness pellets' and vines came rushing towards both of the tiny humans.

Cry blinked blearily; darkness was at the edges of his vision.

'............Not yet..........please.....'

Cry closed his eyes once more.

*You called for help.

*...

*......

*.........

*..............

*Your call has been answered!

Clang!

Cry opened his eyes weakly before snapping them open in surprise.

CRY HP 2/20

CRY HP 3/20

He stared up in surprise.

"Are you alright, Cry?"

Although the two were smaller......Cry grinned.

CRY HP 4/20

The real Snake gazed at Cry sharply; his Return To Sender shield was visible, glowing a soft golden color as it deflected the vines and pellets.

"Cry!"

The brunet saw the real Raven bound towards him and gave him a tight hug.

"You idiot! You've been missing for quite a while, and here you are! Getting beaten up by this big thing!"

Cry laughed brightly.

CRY HP 5/20

"Sorry about that, guys."

Snake, who was now a child but still taller than Cry, looked at their opponent; his eyes glowed green as he used Peeping Tom.

"......I can see our Virus-selves working together within that mutant plant."

The taller brunet turned to look at Cry.

"Do you have any plans in taking this thing down?"

Cry chuckled.

"Just try and kick his a--wait! Where's Frisk!?"

"Hey, kiddo, don't worry about her."

Cry blinked in mild surprise and turned to see a certain short skeleton there, who was holding Frisk's hand gently with his bony fingers.

"Sans."

The skeleton winked and grinned lazily at Cry.

"I was held back by a few of Flowey's vines.  I tried to get rid of them, but they wouldn't leaf me alone.  Your friends came in and helped, which was a real treet for me.  Together, we went to go find the roots of this problem, and it looks like it's this big 'ol sunflower."

Cry snorted slightly at the puns before smiling softly.

CRY HP 6/20

FRISK HP 15/20

"Thanks for coming to help, man."

Sans widened his grin.

"Heh, I'm hardly a 'man', human.  I'm just a punny skeleton."

CRY HP 11/20

FRISK HP 20/20

The short undead stuffed his hands into his pockets.

"Plus....I didn't come by myself.  That would just be too bonely..."

Cry finally noticed the giant crowd of monsters behind him.

"My children...are you alright?"

Toriel.

"NYEHEHEHEH!  FRISK, CRY!  THE GREAT PAPYRUS IS HERE TO HELP!"

Papyrus.

"U-Uh, I-I managed to c-convince U-U-Undyne to h-help.  Sh-She sees the g-good side of y-you guys........and you t-two helped me g-gain confidence i-in myself!"

Alphys.

"....NYGAAAAH!  PUNKS, YOU SHOULD'VE BEATEN THIS GUY BY NOW!  And I'm only helping because you're both so weak and helpless!"

Undyne.

"Darlings~I'm baaaack~to help you two!"

Mettaton--although he was in a ghost form.

"Ooohhh.....Cry....Frisk.....are you....alright........I'm sorry.....if I'm.....disturbing you......"

Napstablook.

"Woof, woof!  Weird smelling pups!"

"Don't move an inch!"

"Heeey...where's the Wi-fi?"

"Ribbit, ribbit!"

"Macaroni and freeze!"

"I brought Nice Cream to heal you!"

"Flex your muscles with me!"

*Everyone came!

CRY HP 20/20

The brunet grinned at everyone that was there.

'He**~yes~!'

He then turned to look up at Omega Flowey, who was--Cry knew--acting unsure.

Flowey frowned.

"Ugh, no!  You...you guys....!"

His face suddenly darkened and he grinned madly."

"A R E   S U C H   I D I O T S ."

Cry gritted his teeth when Flowey started to absorb all of the Underground's monster SOULs.

The area was surrounded in darkness; this time, Cry, Frisk, Snake and Raven stood together.

Suddenly, a few meters away from them....they saw a short figure.

The monster's back was facing them; the figure glanced around before flexing their fingers.

"Ha...ha....."

The new voice was soft and judging by the tone....the other was a male.

"....I was so tired of being a flower...."

The figure slowly turned around and lifted his head; Cry recognized the goat-like features of the other.

The goat-boy opened his eyes and smiled weakly.

"Hey....Chara...are you there? It's me, your best friend--"

There was a flash of light before their eyes.

Replacing the small goat boy, was an older-looking version of himself, dressed in purple robes.

A S R I E L   D R E E M U R R

The words floated before the newcomer.

The humans' SOULs were brought out into the open.

Snake's SOUL, Cry found out, was a bright green color.

Raven's SOUL was a relaxing purple shade.

The four human SOULs floated next to each other.

Asriel grinned darkly as he sent a normal attack of flames.

Cry grabbed Frisk's hand and dodged while Snake grabbed Raven and pulled her out of the way.

After that, there was a flash of light and color exploded out; different colors flashed around the fighters.

Asriel smirked at the group.

"I'll ERASE this timeline and RESET everything. We'll play this game--over and over and over again."

Asriel used SHOCKER BREAKER.

Billions of stars fell upon them.

Cry set up a shield of wind, but he was being pushed back.

The brunet grit his teeth.

'Sh**, at this rate, I won't be able to protec--!'

There was a hand placed against his back, followed up by two more.

"We've got your back."

Cry blinked in surprise and glanced behind himself to see Snake, Raven and Frisk supporting him; Snake quirked a small smirk at Cry.

"Didn't we promise each other that? To watch each other's backs?"

Cry widened his eyes.

The brunet slowly grinned and nodded before turning his gaze back to their enemy.

"Heh, let's go guys."

Asriel sneered at the group.

"You survived that attack? Nice. Let's see how you'll handle this one."

Bolts of rainbow-colored lightning fell from the pitch black sky.

Cry spread his wings out--thankfully, the ripped one was healed and ready to go--and dodged the attack with Frisk in his arms.

Snake activated Return To Sender and took an attack head on.

SNAKE HP 18/20

The darker-haired brunet huffed at the small amount of damage he got.

Raven simply ran out of the way and summoned a few crows before blinking in surprise.

".....OH MY GOSH THEY'RE SO CUTE!"

Cry sweatdropped when he found out that Raven's crows....were little chicks--small black puffs of feathers.

"Raven, please squeal over them later."

"Right, right~"

Raven giggled as she quickly dodged another bolt of lightning.

Asriel smirked.

"Even after that...you four still hold on?"

The goat monster turned his attention to Frisk.

"Chara, you should all just give up now and let the inevitable happ--urk!"

Asriel curled in on himself and coughed harshly.

"Wh-Wha--!?"

Cry widened his eyes when he saw glowing, sea-green veins crawling up Asriel's face and arms.

'Virus-Snake and Virus-Raven must be trying to take over!'

Cry flew down, about to put Frisk down, but the brunette held tight, opening her eyes to look at Cry with DETERMINATION.

"I want to help."

Her voice was still a little raspy, but Cry could still hear strength behind her words.

Cry gazed at her before looking at Snake and Raven below.

"Guys!"

The two looked up as Cry grinned widely.

"Think you can keep up?"

Raven huffed.

"I'm only useful for distractions, so~"

Raven grabbed Snake's arm and spun in a circle to gain momentum to throw him at Cry.

"CATCH!"

Raven let go of Snake's arm and the brunet was sent flying up towards Cry and Frisk; Cry couldn't help but sweatdrop slightly.

'I forgot that Raven's crazy strong too...'

Cry reached a hand out to grab Snake's while Frisk reached out too.

They were both able to catch Snake, who muttered under his breath.

"Do not say a word to the others about this."

"That you just got thrown by Raven?"

"Shut up, Cry."

"Haha!"

The three looked towards Asriel, who was still curled in on himself in pain.

Suddenly he screamed loudly, and the area became black once more.

After a few seconds of darkness, the lights went back on, but the various color were no longer there.

Asriel took on a new form--one that Cry recognized.

Large wings spread out behind the goat monster.

He no longer had legs, and his arms floated near his body.

Despite the familiar sight, the glowing veins weren't so familiar.

The circuit-like veins nearly covered up every single part of his body.

"I-Interesting..." The new voice was layered, but 'Snake''s and 'Raven''s seemed to be more prominent. "Wh-What an inter-inter-interesting power...."

The possessed-Asriel grinned widely.

"L-L-Let's see h-how long you guys l-l-last!"

Cry, Snake and Frisk were frozen, unable to make even a simple twitch of their fingers.

However, Raven distracted the goat monster by spawning a bunch of crow chick on him.

Virus-Asriel lost focus and let his hold on their human SOULs go; Cry, Snake and Frisk were able to move again.

Frisk reached towards Asriel and called out.

She hit the SAVE button as it glowed a mirage of colors.

*The LOST SOULs appeared!

Cry let Frisk work her magic on her own and worked with Snake to protect her when there were attacks.

*You gave a hug to one of the LOST SOULs.

*The LOST SOUL hesitates slightly in her attack.

*You preferred cinnamon over butterscotch.

*The LOST SOUL feels like she's heard that before.

*You used MERCY on the LOST SOUL.

*The LOST SOUL seems to falter in his attacks.

*You held DETERMINED before the LOST SOULs.

*Your DETERMINATION reminds them of a human that refused to FIGHT.

*The memories came flooding back!

TORIEL and ASGORE smiled gently at Frisk.

"Be careful, my child."

"Human, for the sake of the Underground, please defeat him."

Frisk brightened up noticeably; Cry chuckled and encouraged her to SAVE the next few people.

*The LOST SOULs appeared!

Bones came flying left and right.

Cry was quickly cut through them with his Okami knife; Snake slipped on his gloves and punched through them, shattering the bones with the other brunet.

Frisk reached out to the ACT button and pressed it.

*You asked if the LOST SOUL could make some spaghetti for you.

*The LOST SOUL seems very obliged to make some.

*You tell the LOST SOUL a pun.

*The LOST SOUL compliments you and tells you that you can do a little better.

*You ask if the LOST SOUL wants to make some puzzles with you.

*The LOST SOUL can barely conceal his excitement!

*You ask the LOST SOUL if he wanted to go to Grillby's after the fight.

*The memories came flooding back!

PAPYRUS and SANS stood before them, smiling or grinning widely at the humans.

"WHAT!?  I WOULD NEVER HURT MY FRIEND!"

"Nah, I'm rooting for ya', kid."

The skeleton brothers disappeared.

Cry laughed and blinked in slight surprise when he felt tears prick his eyes.

He rubbed them away from his eyes with his arm and grinned.

'Man, I've always loved this game and it's characters....seeing them before me right now...it's just something else entirely.'

Frisk pressed the SAVE button once more.

*The LOST SOUL appeared!

Frisk pressed the ACT button.

*You tell the LOST SOUL that Mew Mew Kissy Cutie 2 is the worst!

*The LOST SOUL seems to agree strongly with you!

Cry redirected the electricity with his own, causing his left arm to be a lightning rod.

Snake simply set up his Return To Sender and blocked the attacks.

*You tell the LOST SOUL that her friend truly love her.

*The LOST SOUL seems to be happy and filled with joy and confidence.

*You ask the LOST SOUL what anime they like to watch.

*The LOST SOUL started to ramble out a list!

*The memories came flooding back!

ALPHYS stood before them, nervously smiling at the group.

"N-No, that's not true!  My f-friends love me, and I love th-them back too!"

The lizard scientist disappeared.

Frisk reached out for the SAVE button once more.

*The LOST SOUL appeared!

The brunette pressed the ACT button.

*You grin widely at the LOST SOUL.

*The LOST SOUL seems to have a faint memory of that smile.

Spears flew in the air, left and right.

Cry drew Corvo's sword out and deflected them; Snake merely grabbed a few spears and snapped them.

*You playfully punch the LOST SOUL's leg.

*Your weak attack reminds the LOST SOUL of a human who couldn't hurt a single thing.

*You ask the LOST SOUL for a cooking lesson.

*The LOST SOUL seems excited and grins slightly.

*The memories came flooding back!

UNDYNE grinned widely at them.

"NGAAAH, you better not lose, punks!"

The fish-woman disappeared.

That was the last of them....right?

Raven grinned down below and pumped a fist in the air; Snake landed on the ground next to exuberant long-haired brunette.

"Way to go guys!"

However, Frisk was frowning slightly.

*You feel that there is one more person you need to SAVE.

*But you have forgotten.

*Who is it?

*........

*You try to remember...

*A memory comes back to you.

Cry watched as images passed them.

A young child who fell into the Underground many years ago.

And a small goat-boy that assisted the other.

A happy family of three goat monsters and a human.

The images stopped.

Frisk opened her eyes and reached towards the SAVE button.

She pressed it and possessed-Asriel turned a glare at her while grinning maliciously.

"Y-You c-c-can't SAVE h-him!  He'll d-die anyways i-if you g-get rid of u-us...."

Frisk swallowed and hesitated.

But another hand covered hers and two hands pressed the SAVE button once more.

Frisk glanced over her shoulder and saw Cry there.

The brunet grinned at her.

"Don't worry.  I know something that can SAVE him."

Frisk was encouraged by the other's words and nodded.

Virus-Asriel chuckled darkly.

"A-A-All of your attempts a-are useless Cry.  Y-You'll die.  You a-a-and your friends.  There are no such th-th-things as happy endings..."

There was a silence.

Cry flapped his wings for a moment as he held Frisk up in the air with him.

The brunet was quiet for a few moments.

Slowly, Cry lifted his head and narrowed his gaze at Virus-Asriel.

"I don't believe that."

Virus-Asriel smirked and sent a large beam of light at the two; Raven called out in alarm while Snake widened his eyes with worry.

"Cry! Frisk!"

CRY HP 10/20

FRISK HP 10/20

The beam grew stronger...

CRY HP 1/20

FRISK HP 1/20

The humans' hearts would've shattered in the next hit....however....

CRY HP 0.0001/20

FRISK HP 0.0001/20

CRY HP 0.000000000001/20

FRISK HP 0.000000000001/20

Cry and Frisk held firm.

Cry gritted his teeth before reaching out towards Virus-Asriel; the brunet tugged the goat monster's SOUL out into the open.

The white, upside-down heart was cover in sea-green circuit lines; Cry grasped it.

The world blanked out for him, and he found himself standing in a familiar void that had green 1s and 0s buzzing past him.

Cry found that he was no longer a child; he returned to normal.

"Y-Y-You littl sh-sh**!"

Cry whipped his head around to see slightly deformed Virus versions of his friends.

'Raven' growled as black started to be revealed when her skin deformed into 1s and 0s.

"This i-i-isn't o-over!"

She sent crows at Cry, but more crows intercepted hers; Virus-Raven blinked in shock.

"Wh-W-Wha--?"

The real Raven, who was also no longer a child, appeared next to Cry and tipped her hat at the brunet, adjusting her orange-tinted goggles.

"Heya, Leader! I'm here to rescue ya'!"

Virus-Snake lashed out with a deformed arm, planning to stab the two.

But a boot stomped down on the arm and it burst into more numbers, scattering all over the place.

The real Snake, no longer a child, gazed coolly at his mirror image.

"No one hurts the 'Boss' and gets away with it."

Raven smirked widely as she stood by Snake, gazing at her own mirror image too.

"Yeeee~p~! Cry's a cool guy, so why hurt him in the first place? Anyways," Raven's eyes glinted sinisterly. "Divine punishment is in order..."

Cry sweatdropped as Virus-Raven and Virus-Snake were wiped from existence by their real selves.

'I'm so lucky that I have the real ones on my side....'

Suddenly, Cry felt his chest become lighter.

The sudden shift in weight caused him to have a coughing fit, but he could breathe a lot easier.

Snake and Raven instantly crowded around him to check if he was alright; Raven looked at the brunet anxiously.

"Cry, Cry!? Oh no, are you okay?"

Cry waved her off, smiling widely.

"Never better, Raven! I feel awesome. And thanks for saving my a**."

Raven grinned and replied jokingly.

"Of course, Cry! After all, it is quite a fine a**."

Cry guffawed and clutched his stomach; Snake snickered slightly.

"--ry! Cry!"

The three turned their heads to the side; Cry instantly recognized the voice.

"Fisk! Sh**, she must be worried! Let's go guys."

The world became black.

Cry felt shaking on his shoulder while something warm and wet fell on his face.

The brunet cracked his eyes open to see Frisk crying and hugging him; Cry realized he was child once more.

"Hey...Frisk...I can't...breathe!"

Frisk let go and gazed at Cry with shock and happiness before hugging him once more.

"Cry!"

"Oi, oi! Breathing, remember?"

Frisk let go and sat beside the other.

Cry glanced around and saw that Toriel, Asgore, Undyne, Alphys, Papyrus, Sans, Snake and Raven were also there.

Papyrus crouched down in front of Cry, looking at the brunet with concern.

"CRY, ARE YOU ALRIGHT? AFTER ASSISTING YOU AGAINST THAT PLANT MONSTER, ALL OF OUR MEMORIES WENT WHITE! DO YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AFTER WE HEALED YOU?"

Cry merely grinned.

"Oh....well....tibia honest and not tell you a fibula, I'll patella you something I made up a bit...it's a pasta joke...and I thought about it when I found all of your frozen plates of pasta in SNOWDIN......."

Cry grinned while Papyrus deadpanned him.

"CRY.  PLEASE DON'T."

"Those who forget the pasta....are doomed to reheat it."

Papyrus proceeded to facepalm and then glare accusingly at Sans, who was laughing.

"SANS!  LOOK AT WHAT YOU'VE DONE!  CRY HAS JOINED YOU IN MAKING TERRIBLE PUNS!"

Sans wiped a blue tear out of one of his eye sockets; he never laughed that hard before.

"Aw, c'mon, Paps, I thought that one was pretty..."

Papyrus' eyes were bulging.

"SANS.  SANS NO."

"....humerus."

"SAAAAAAAAANSSSSS!"

Toriel giggle-snorted on the side.

Cry grinned widely; Snake and Raven sighed with amusement and exasperation.

Undyne made an expression of distaste while Alphys sweatdropped.

"It's th-the Sans-affect." The yellow lizard muttered. "E-Everyone will be spouting puns some day."

Cry then felt a warm, furry palm on his head; one landed on Frisk too.

Toriel looked at them softly.

"My children, the barrier has been broken.  Do you two have anything to do before we depart this place?"

Cry thought back to Asriel; he nodded and Frisk did too.

Toriel smiled and dropped her hands from their heads.

"Well then, we shall wait until you return."

Cry then quickly jogged over to Snake and Raven, whispering softly to them.

"Try and get to know the others while I'm gone.  I'll see you then."

Snake and Raven nodded and went to Sans first, who easily started talking to them since they had already met.

Cry grabbed Fisk's hand and led her away from the group.

"Let's go, Frisk."

The brunette nodded.

~~

Cry had to admit he enjoyed going back through HOTLAND, WATERFALL and SNOWDIN.  Cry even went back to the LAB and found a few of the AMALGAMATES down there.

Alphys was also apparently worried that the two humans would find something in her LAB, so she was panicked when she met them there.

Cry and Frisk listened to her as she explained everything; she was comforted with soothing words and hugs.

Alphys no longer felt any insecurities.  The AMALGAMATES were able to return to their families.

~~

Cry and Frisk were now at the very beginning of the game.

Where Frisk fell down and Cry just appeared.

The two saw a certain goat child not too far away from them.

Cry glanced at Frisk before looking at the floating spirit next to the brunette's head.

'Hey....Chara, right?  Do you think you can help me with Asriel?'

The ghostly girl responded.

'With my DETERMINATION, I think I can help.'

At the very beginning, Cry had always seen Chara floating near Frisk, but he never said anything about it.

He noticed later that Chara narrated a few times when the black boxes popped up; Chara was the first fallen child, and Frisk ended up having a little tagalong.

Frisk approached Asriel and talked to the other softly, Cry stayed back to mentally talk with Chara.

'You have an empty SOUL, right?'

'Yes.'

'And you have DETERMINATION extracted from other times, right?'

'Yes.'

'So....ready to go?'

'Yes!'

Chara went over to Asriel and suddenly vanished.

Asriel jolted and looked down at his chest.

"Wha--?  H-How is this...!?"

Floating above the goat child's chest...was a multi-colored, upside-down SOUL.

'You're such a negative person when I'm not around, Crybaby-Az~'

Asriel widened his eyes at the voice in his head.

"C-Chara!?"

Frisk gazed at Asriel's new SOUL with amazement.

'You'll have plenty of years to live, Az.  So c'mon--I wanna see Ma and Pa.'

Asriel felt tears in his eyes and hugged Frisk.

"I can go home!"

Frisk looked a bit confused on the situation but smiled eventually and returned the hug.

Cry grinned widely at the two.

"Let's go meet everyone, yeah?"

~~

Asgore and Toriel were shocked and overjoyed to see Asriel alive when the humans returned with him.

The God of Hyper Death received hugs and kisses from both of his parents.

After much feelings were spilled and relationships fixed, the group finally went to the surface.

Cry felt the warm rays of the sun.

'....It's a lot more prettier in person....'

The brunet then felt a tug on his sleeve and saw Frisk looking at him.

"What is it, little buddy?"

*I need your help with something.*

Cry inclined his head as Frisk dragged him away from the group.

When they were out of sight, Frisk looked at him pleadingly.

"Please....kill me."

Cry widened his eyes as the brunette continued.

"Cry, you may not understand, but I've lived through this story for a long time.  But you suddenly showed up and changed it.  This could possibly be the best timeline I've ever gone through, and I don't want it to get RESET'd.  Please, even if I don't press the button when it pops up, the game just RESETs once I accept Mom's--Toriel's--offer on coming to live with her!  Please....I don't want them to lose everything they've worked for in the end..."

Frisk was in tears by now; she swallowed.

"Sans has been hurting enough.....I want him to be free along with the others."

Cry stared at her before looking at her with an unreadable expression, eyes narrowed.

"The RESET button, huh?"

The brunet shut his eyes and concentrated.

"Can you call your button up while I'll do so with my own?"

Frisk looked at him warily.

"What are you going to do?"

Cry gazed at her sternly.

"Trust me."

Frisk swallowed before summoning her RESET button; it floated next to Cry's.

Cry raised his hand.

Frisk flinched.

'Oh no, he's going to RESE--!?'

Crack!

Cry slammed his fist through both RESET buttons, destroying them both; Frisk gapped in surprise.

Cry watched the pieces disappear; the brunet then grinned widely at the shocked expression on Frisk's face.

"There!  I hope that'll work."

"H-How did you destroy it?  Sans and I could never--"

"I'm a gamer, Frisk.  You're a character in the game."

Frisk blinked in confusion while Cry smiled sheepishly.

"To be honest, the 'gamer' has more control over the 'characters'."

"Welp, I'm glad that's over then."

Hearing the familiar, lazy voice, Frisk froze and turned to look behind herself shakily.

"S-Sans..."

The short skeleton gazed at Frisk before shuffling over to her; she flinched.

Sans' grin twitched downward for a moment and he hesitated before sighing, bringing the brunette into a hug.

"Kid, I no longer hold a grudge with ya'. You regret all of the things you've done and you've set out to make things right. You even tried to stop the RESETs, so we're buddies now, 'k?"

Frisk blinked with surprise; her eyes grew watery.

She slowly hugged Sans back.

"....M'kay."

Cry smiled at the scene before noticing a flicker of movement on the side.

There was a Tear.

The brunet sighed disappointedly; Sans and Frisk noticed.

The short skeleton lifted a bone-brow at the strange phenomenon.

"What's that?"

Cry smiled sadly at the two.

"Um, well.....this is goodbye, for now..."

Frisk blinked in surprise.

"Eh?"

Cry rubbed the back of his head.

"Ya' see, I've been traveling through different worlds. If I don't go through one of these portals, I get stuck in that world forever--and it's not like I wouldn't like to stay with you! Heck, I would want to stay here at least a bit longer....but hey, looks like I need to get going."

Cry grinned widely at the two.

"But don't worry! I have a feeling we'll meet each other again."

Sans and Frisk stared at the brunet for a while; the two quickly group-hugged him.

"Please stay safe, Cry/I'm rootin' for ya', kiddo."

Cry smiled and returned the hugs.

"Thanks."

~~

Cry made an excuse that Snake, Raven and he needed to needed to go home somewhere.

The monsters were disappointed, but they didn't stop the three.

Hugs and farewells were exchanged before Cry, Snake and Raven went through the Tear, which was out of sight from the others.

~~

"--oly sh**! They're finally f***ing back!"

Cry was greeted by a noogie from Scott; Felix cried comical tears and gave the brunet a bone-crushing hug.

Cry got either hugs or smacks to the head as he got reunited with his crew.

"Um....guys....? Who's this person that just appeared out of thin air...?"

Cry blinked in surprise at the new voice and looked over the heads of the group.

A diving suit was standing there, looking at Cry with glowing, red eyes.

The suit waved hesitently.

"Uh, hey. My name's Simon Jarrett. I know I'm a walking and talking robot, but seeing alive humans around here in this underwater base is pretty strange too."
