"Its finally that day of the year!!" I laugh as i skip down the streets "And what might that day be dear?" I stopped and faced Jerome who looked at me with a bored expression on his face "Its Valentines Day mister J! Y-you know the day where couples to out." I grin at him who still looks at me like that "Guess i'll never have fun on this day."

Its my time to frown now I wanted the both of us to go out well we're not even a couple so theres no use begging Jerome "HalesWhy dont we have our own fun?" "Huh?" grabbed my arm and pushed me into a dark alley "I know how to make this day a lot more fun.Gotham will be painted in red when this is over!" He laughed "I think i know what your thinking!" I hint with a smile "We'll buy roses and give them to every citizen in Gotham."

"Yeah...something like that." Jerome walked away from me annoyed "What did I say?!" I start following him.While we were walking down the dangerous streets of Gotham most of the people we're walking along side each other laughing and hugging each other,I wish my life was like that again even if it were for just one day.

"Hurry up Hayley!" Jerome grabbed my hand this time and we ran down a almost empty neighborhood "Where are we going?" I finally ask him trying to catch my breathe "The guy who lives her is a thief and he claims to have raped different kinds of woman around here. Gallavan asked me if I could do this for him." "Do what?" He knocked on the door and a rather tall man came out "What do you want?"

"Sorry to bother your sir,but my sister got hurt and if you could help us that would be nice." I gave Jerome a look and he nodded his head "Y-yeah sir my head also hurts a lot." I placed my right hand on my forehead and faked being in pain "Alright but after your healed your out of here." He let us in and I saw other three men sitting around a table drinking and playing cards.Jerome took out his knife while the guys back was facing us and he slit his throat open making me gasp and stare at him as the guy fell and Jerome licked the blood from his mouth.

"This is what i mean for fun.Now i'll show you how its done." Jerome killed each of the guys while I only killed one since he's the one who does the killing and Im not used to do this yet "Come on you can do it." Jerome smirked and I look away disgusted by what i just did with my hands covered in blood as i gently placed it onto the box.Now he'll totally have a treat today.

Jim's pov

"Still trying to find out if that brat really escaped?" Harvey came over referring to Hayley. "Yeah i must make sure besides that kid is helping me." "Who? Dick Grayson?" "The only one." I said opened a few files and checking some of Hayley's records.

"Look partner I know you anxious about this but you need to chill." "Harvey theres a package that came for Jim Gordon!" I heard another cop say.I gave Harvey a look and he retrieved the package and gave it to me "A heart shaped box?" I raise an eyebrow at Harvey who just shrugs his shoulders.I start opening the box and in a quick move i jumped back and covered my mouth.

"Who in the hell did this?!" Harvey shouts at the scene in front of us "I dont know but i, sure it has something to do with my case."
