[*A Year later*]

Yeah, it was a pretty bad defeat, but no matter.

One thing i found out: An asylum always gives a girl time to plan revenge.

Chains get annoying, that's for sure, but i'm not complaining.

This beats the orphanage any day, really.

 So long as Mom, Dad, and Derick are safe, as well as Smiley.

Derick- sorry, i mean Jack- has been able to sneak in to visit, keep me updated.

Dad was weak and some friends of his are trying everything to get him back to normal.

Mom's nervous, mostly for me.

She was able to sneak in once to see me.

A buzz sounded and the doors opened.

"Get up. You got a visitor," a nurse said.

"In a minute, i'm watching Batman," i said, staring at the small television in my padded room.

I was chained to the wall in a straight jacket just watching cartoons. 

"Now," the nurse said sternly,.

"Oh John.... Why so serious??" i smirked, showing off my stitched smile.

My Killer smile was sewn together, but i must admit, it seems like a pretty good look.

They grab my arm forefully and i wince a bit.

"Ahh, watch it! I bruise easy," i smirked as him and another just took down the chains and started dragging me like i was some bitch.

I swear, these guys must really hate Batman, since they get more pissed when i make Joker impressions.

I'm lead to the visitor's room where "Jack" was already sitting.

They soon attach the chains to the walls and leave, leaving me and Derick alone.

"So how's it going??" he asked. He held a small paper bag.

"Amazingly great," i said. He leaned in and we shared a passionate kiss. 

"Oh, almost forgot," he said, then took out a familiar looking pastry.

"From a couple of rejects," he said. "Happy 17th birthday, love."

"Bloody cupcakes... You shouldn't have," i said. He held the cupcake to my lips and i lick some frosting off before having another make out session with him and talking.

Soon, visiting hours were up and the nurses walked in.

Derick leaned in to hug me and whispered in my ear.

"You know what to do," he whispered.

"Insanity is just the beginning, babe," i smirked as the nurses dragged me out the room, then escort "Jack."

Look out, world, Josie the Killer's gonna make a comeback!!
