The portal disappeared when I look behind. I was left with Aizen, the others were nowhere to be found.

The green pasture was filled with food stalls and booths as if a school festival is being held at the moment. It wasn't rowdy. Aizen and I began to explore the school, Aizen gave me a flyer that says 'Welcome to Shier University'. The deafening silence was destroyed when Aizen and I heard a cluster of footsteps approaching our direction.

Aizen summoned his sword and I summoned my whip. Yumuko ako nang may naramdaman akong lumilipad mula sa likod ko. It was a dagger and it pinned on the wall beside me. Ten demigods encircled us.

The place we are right now is not a battlefield. We are in the middle of the booths. Two of the reapers jumped and took their position on the top of the booths and summoned their bow and arrow.

The others were left in their position while holding their swords. Aizen went at my back to support it, not from afar I noticed a familiar woman. She was holding a hard and was strumming the string. She's producing a melodious sound.

The eight swordsmen closed their eyes and their body relaxes all of a sudden. I was dumbfounded when they simultaneously attack towards our direction. Aizen was fast enough to deflect them, on my peripheral vision I saw the two archers releasing the arrows and I used my whip block.

Nicole was controlling them.

"I'll paralyze them," I whispered to Aizen.

He suddenly looked at me with disbelief, "Don't be ridiculous. You're still tired,"

"Parehas lang tayo mapapagod pag hindi natin natapos agad 'to."

"Still—"

"Just finish Nicole for me,"

Aizen nodded. He was supporting my concentration while defending me against the swordsmen that were trying hard just to attack me.

A brilliant light appeared beneath us, I looked up in the sky. It was roaring as it changes in color. The turquoise sky above oozed and billowed, casting the meadow into shadowy darkness. "I'm asking for your help, Father," I whispered inside my mind.

A jagged bolt of lightning suddenly ripped the ragged stormy clouds. I smirked and glanced at the ten reapers that Nicole was controlling. I used my whip and tangled the two archers with it, I pulled them so they can join the others.

This will be my last magic energy. "Arcane Strike!" I cast.

The thunder roared once again and the jagged bolts protrude endlessly, filling the sky with undying flashes of radiance and slowly made its way down as it strikes the reapers. And they all fall on their knees.

I felt my knees weakening. Soon, my body kissed the ground as I felt the lacking of magic energy in my body. Nicole's laugh echoed, she suddenly walks towards my direction but Aizen immediately blocks the way. Nicole suddenly pouted and shook her head, "I'm just going to greet her,"

"I won't let you lay your filthy hands to Sue."

"Oh. The friend you brought is quite sweet. I'm jealous, Sue." Nicole teased. My eyes were becoming heavy over time. "You can rest, Sue. I can handle her." Aizen said.

"Wow. Sue's knight without the shining shimmering armor." Nicole chuckled.

I tried my best to sit down, I rested my back on a stall near me. I can watch them clearly. Aizen grip at his sword tighter, he plunged his sword to Nicole. She didn't budge to avoid Aizen's attack and his sword pierced right into the side of her stomach. Nicole winced in pain yet she smiled.

Aizen back-off. I noticed that he was twitching while covering his shoulder. Blood was dripping on it. I glanced at Nicole that she was holding a dagger that was now filled with Aizen's blood. Some of Aizen's blood was now on her harp. Nicole smiled sweetly.

"Why don't you show your blessing?" Nicole mockingly asked. I gulped. Aizen was languidly looking at her. I am also curious about his blessing. Aizen only depends on his sword, he never showed his true strength through the years we've been together. "My blessing isn't for a show."

Once again, Nicole laughed, Aizen shut his eyes and his sword began to change. Its hilt became grey and a carving of a skull appeared in the middle, the blade became charcoal with jagged spikes in its side. The real form of his Bandit Sword. His jet-black hair started to turn into white, from his broad shoulders up to his jaw, an unknown black marking appeared.

His tense body relaxes.

My eyes widened when I realized that the same thing that happened to the other reapers was now happening to Aizen.

Aizen slowly turned into my direction. He threw his sword that I failed to avoid, it grazed my arm. "What have you done to Aizen?!" I angrily asked.

"Hymn of Thanatos," She smiled. It was a forbidden spell that is exclusive for Euterpe's children. "You noticed his blood on my harp yet you forgot its effect," She was teasing me. Hymn of Thanatos is a deadly spell, she can control her opponents with it but the person being controlled will die within twenty-four hours if he fails to wake up.

She strums the string of her harp. Aizen started to move. He extended his arm and his sword flew back to his grasp. "Hey, Clarkson. I'm going to miss you," Nicole said.

Aizen runs towards my direction while holding tightly at his sword, he was about to strike me when a wall made from pearls appeared in front. SERENA! My eyes search for her. Nang unti-unting umalis ang mga pearl sa harp ko ay tumungo iyon sa isang direksyon na parehas namin tiningnan ni Nicole.

Serena was befuddled while looking at us. I cringed when I saw her rip gown. "Wow. A new savior. Sue, you're a lucky bastard." Nicole hissed.

"How dare you to away her? Don't you know ba that she's Zeusy's daughter?" Zeusy? Nicole raised her brows. Is she carefully understanding Serena's odd language? "Why ganyan ka makatingin to me?" Serena asked while pointing Nicole who was inspecting her outfit.

Serena crossed her arms and suddenly coated her body with pearls. After that, her clothes changed. I jaw dropped just by looking at it. She's wearing a crystal dress, it was a creamy blue-colored dress along with white boots."Don't give me that tingin, Sue. This is my panlaban na attire and now I'm ready na."

Her pearls suddenly caressed my body, it was giving an odd brilliance. I felt an amount of magic energy being transferred to me, "I'll bigay some of my magic. So, you can galaw." Serena mumbled.

"The witchy princess," Nicole jeered.

Serena scowled and raised her middle finger.

"A magandang witch," Serena smiled. She summoned her twin guns.

When Nicole began to strum her harp again Aizen moved. The grey sky grew darker, it was slowly painted in black. The surrounding became eerie, some parts of the booths were slowly forcefully flying as they detach from its main body. The wind was screaming as the trees began to creak. The leaves and dust started to swirl around Aizen.

Serena crooked.

"The question is... Can you fight your friend, Serena?" Nicole asked.

I was staring into Serena's cerulean emotionless eyes as she coldly gazed at Nicole, the playful Serena suddenly faded. I gulped when she pointed her gun to Nicole and the other to Aizen. She smiled yet you can tell that she's serious.

"If that's the only way then I'll gladly do it."
