Location: Lead RAT FOB(Forward operating base) codename: Castle Dominion, unknown Ocean surface.

Current operation : Introduction of elite squadron tasked with elimination of rebel forces codenamed "Hunter"

Lux walked down a dull grey hallway with a bored expression across their face, they figured they would be classified as male but Lux honestly felt like neither of them-so with a sigh they figured they might as well not try and correct the members of royalty on it-it would probably be disrespectful to them, not that they cared but Lux also figured he'd be killed if he one up-d them one to many times-they were fickle.

They turned a corner and they stopped themselves from bumping into a young woman.

The woman was about 5.7 feet tall with medium length slightly curly hair and eyes that seemed to change to every color of the rainbow at once seemed to take notice of Lux and gave a serene smile as she turned towards Lux.

"Ah hello dear...you must be one of the two members who just arrived today.." she said her eyes seemed to stare straight through Lux's very soul.

"And what makes you think that?" asked Lux.

"Oh for two reasons dear..the first is that you don't seem to know where you are walking to and you seem to be lost, and the second reason is that-I already know who everyone in squad Hunter is" she said with that same serene smile on her face.

Lux went to respond then sighed.

She seemed to be high-ranking-if not even royalty given she apparently knew everyone in this "squad" that they had been called to join along with someone else that Lux had yet to meet.

Still Lux being the stand-offish style person they were asked.

"Then what is my name?"

For a split second the woman's eyes seemed to flash dangerously then smiled and replied.

"Lux, you don't like being referred to as either male or female, you can control fire and ice-need I go on?"

Lux gave a sigh of defeat and said.

"Fine. you know me alright"

The woman smiled and rubbed Lux's chin gently with her fingers before walking off.

Lux scowled, just who was that girl?. Obviously she knew thing's and had a good amount of clearance if she knew all those things about them but they did not like the energies she gave off-dangerous yet peaceful.

"You got a death wish or something?" asked a new voice.

Lux turned to the right and saw a new girl leaning against the wall nearby. She was covered in a shadow so it made it hard to discern her features.

"What?" replied Lux

The girl stepped away from the wall and into the light revealing her face.

She was cute in a teenage way, she had striking dark red eyes that seemed to glow crimson in the light, with long dark grey hair that also seemed to be black reached down to just about her lower back, she wore oddly-what seemed to be some sort of school girl uniform as she held a large scarf around her neck, she sore boots that seemed to be steel toed in origin as she looked at Lux with the personification of the term "resting bitch face".

"You really don't know who she is?" asked the girl.

"No?, does her identity matter that much?" replied Lux with a hint of coldness.

The girl huffed and said.

"You really are new..yes it does matter "that much", THAT was the second Queen-Queen Algerona and the leader of the magic schools back at our homeworld of Aries".

Realization hit Lux like a truck as they gulped.

"I just signed my death warning them..."

"I doubt that actually-Algerona won't care how you act as long as you do your job and keep your mouth shut about her..antics-I won't explain them for you-your figure them out soon enough, now your Lux one of our two new recruits yes?" asked the girl.

Sighing Lux nodded.

"Yes, I am Lux, and you are?"

"My name is of little importance to you" she stated stubbornly.

"Really? Asking me for my name then not telling me yours?, just who do you think you are!?"


"I'm one of your squadmates-your find out my name eventually either way" she stated before walking by him.

"Since I don't think you know the way-follow me I'll show you the way to the meeting room." she stated.

Lux narrowed their eyes before sighing and walking after her.

Eventually after a few more minutes of walking they came to a large yet dark room and the girl opened the door and stepped to the side to allow Lux to walk past her.

Lux gave her a short glare before walking in and their eyes adjusted to the darker light as Lux spotted a few more figures scattered around the room that glanced over in Lux's direction.

One was a tall well-defined man clad in blue armor that stood around 6 feet tall and had blue dark blue eyes that seemed to be tinted with red as well, he seemed to have a thing for the color blue as his hair was also blue and he stood with an aura of regal confidence that may of even passed for arrogance and based on his position near the front of the room he seemed to of been a form of leadership here Lux would have to guess he was the main commander of the squad here.

Beside him was a girl of small-yet lean statue and stood around 5.4 feet tall, with a dress with the ends seemingly transparent, it didn't reveal anything luckily as she twirled her long dirty blonde hair with a finger as her bright green eyes focused on Lux with a gaze filled with curiosity and some mischief as she gave a small smirk in greeting, for some reason her eyes seemed to hold a large degree of power to them, but that was hidden behind an innocent gaze of playfulness-it made Lux shiver slightly.

Over with a small computer on the table sat another girl of around the same height as the one with the dirty blonde hair, except she had bright pink hair that went to her mid back as her pale green eyes flickered over the screen in focus as her outfit was a little revealing-as she had bright red shorts on with a short red vest that revealed her midsection, but no-one seemed to give her flak about it, she seemed to hold an aura of maturity around her that almost matched the guy in blue armor-but far more kinder and more humble.

And finally over in the corner at the opposite was who seemed to be a man in his late 20's with pink hair and darker skin, Lux noted this set the person apart from the rest of the group for sure and he struck Lux was a blank slate-Lux couldn't seem to identify what specific emotion this individual was showing as said individual looked straight back at Lux and seemed to grow an air of annoyance and questioning at the unwanted stare.

Before Lux or anyone else could say something the man in blue armor cleared his throat and said.

"Alright before the two newbies fall in love, introductions are in order." he said before gesturing for the group to close up together-the girl with light pink hair seemed to jump at this message as she shook her head slightly and stood up before joining them.

"My name is Commander Almargo Singua, otherwise known by my code-name and the name will refer to me as "Sheppard", I lead this group. My second in command here is Yanna, she is of noble royal birth and family. So treat her with the utmost respect at all times, she has more worth to our cause than some others", Lux narrowed their eyes at this comment and they noticed Yanna seemed to huff as well, but shrugged it off as Sheppard continued.

"Handling stealth combat and recon here is Yakuza, she too is of noble birth-in fact she is Queen Algerona's very own daughter, she probably hates everyone and everything, but as far as I'm concerned-unmatched in magical combat, The one beside me and a style of healer alongside a magical combatant-is Makerva-and Yakuza's older sister, don't piss her off unless you want her to one-up you in everything-and I mean everything until you have nothing valid let over." he finished

"I..See-and us?" asked the one with pink hair from the corner.

"Your Azarios Fotos or Az, one of the two new recruits and from a commoners family, you can control crystals in the earth to do your bidding, and you have the emotional scale of a rock." Sheppard replied simply with what seemed to be a bit of distaste towards his "commoner" background.

This "Az '' did not enjoy that commoner's comment as his eyes narrowed and he hissed out.

"Watch what you say "Sheppard '''', said Az.

"Or what?, gonna throw a crystal at me?, the other newbie here by the way is named Lux-just Lux, nothing else, also comes from a more commoners family, he can use fire and ice magic-ice if they try hard enough, anyway both Lux and Azarios will be supportive combatants until I get a better idea of their proper places in battle" said Sheppard.

Lux narrowed their eye's in warning as Az huffed but at a glance from Makerva stepped down as Sheppared alongside Yanna as the rest were ordered to take a seat as Sheppard and Yanna stayed at the front of the room while Yakuza, Lux and Az took seats-Az as far away as possible from the rest of them, while oddly Merkava went to the back of the small room.

"I'm a sub-commander, I get to stay at the back here" she stated easily as Az glanced back at her.

Az simply nodded in acceptance as Sheppard started to speak.

"Alright, I know some of you here are brand new and greener than grass, but our lord has already given us our first mission at full-strength, it's simple so you newbies should have no issues with this mission-recon, word from our scouts state that those rebels you've probably heard oh-so much about-well some of you have been anyway, have been hiding out in this area-we are to head in-deal with any resistance and clear the way for our fighters to finally vanquish these rebels once and for all-for all the trouble they've been giving us." stated Sheppard.

"Rebels?" asked Lux.

"It's rebels-sir, newbie, but yes Yanna mind you informing our new recruits of these rebel scum for me?" he asked.

Yanna glanced at him and nodded.

"Alrighty then-these rebels have been reported to not be..human, some have been reported to be large armored humanoids with robotic like sensors and strength far greater than that of a regular human, some have been some form of human/animal hybrid, while some have even reported to be spirits themselves, regardless they've been raging a hit-and run campaign against us for weeks and have killed over a hundred men, and destroyed dozens of vehicles and even stolen some valuable tech from us-they are considered very dangerous and very intelligent, and appear to all be led by an unknown figure in black armor that radiate an aura of shadow and darkness, he has seldom been seen in action-but appears to be the leader and the most powerful of them all." said Yanna.

"They dared to wage a war against the RAT empire-a foolish move, they will be crushed under our feet like every other army that has stood against us, they stand no chance." said Sheppard.

Yanna looked like she wanted to say something about that but Az beat her to it.

"Pardon me...sir, but if our military is so powerful-why'd they need our expertise?" asked Az.

Sheppard did nothing but glare at Az as he said slowly.

"Because it is only proper that they have an elite squad such as our own to deal with this mess," he said simply.

Az was gonna say more, but a look from Merkava caused him to reluctantly quiet down as Merkava said.

"In other news we have a mission coming up very shortly as you already know, so after we show you something, it'll be time to get ready for said mission" she said as she turned off the screen behind her.

Az found Lux glancing at him and returned the glance, but said nothing as Yakuza sighed and stood up saying to Merkava.

"It's about our prisoner ain't it?" she asked as Az and Lux gave her confused looks.

"We found who can only be presumed to be a member of this resistance unconscious in the ruins of a building we destroyed, we managed to detain it without incident-but it seems to be in a dormant like state and as yet to really do anything other than just-exist" said Yanna.

"Is this thing human?" asked Lux.

Yanna shook her head.
"We don't really know what it is-other then it's armor being pitch black and blood red, and has a fully enclosed helmet with some strange gauntlets on it's forearms, it's visor is black and won't let us see anything with it, it also has a tail and strange curved legs-it's bigger than a regular human as it's well-over 6 feet tall" she explained.

"Well then, now I'm curious about this thing," said Lux.

The rest nodded as the door opened and they left for the chamber.

A few moments later (with both Lux and Az nearly getting lost in the maze of hallways in the base), the group came to the small metal door that supposedly kept a resistance member hostage as Sheppard nodded and Merkava and Yanna both put their hands on scanners and after a few seconds the metal locks disengage themselves and the door slowly began to open.

"There it is-the face of heresy" said Sheppard.

The group looked inside with Lux and Az finding shocked expressions on their faces as they laid eyes on the being before them.

It was just as explained beforehand, armor that was a mix of a black armor as black as night with blood red areas, half of its mask like a red splash of blood as it's visor remained dark, it's tail was relaxed silently and hardly even twitched-it was just-silent and was chained by it's arms to the wall, as Az began to walked up to it as the rest of the group began to follow his movements.

Az put a hand on it's chestplate and narrowed his eyes.

"It feels strangely natural despite it being a metallic substance..either way it must be highly advanced for it to feel this seamless.." said Az.

"Might wanna be careful there Az-try not to wake it up please" said Yanna as Az began to make his way back to the group.

"I won't, I won't" he said as he waved dismissively, giving the being a shake of the helmet for good measure as he rejoined the others

The group gathered outside again as the door closed and locked itself again.

Sheppard looked at the group and said simply.

"Now get ready for the mission-we leave in five minutes".

Meanwhile back in the chambers the being for the first time in weeks moved it's visor activating, as a menacing red glow seeped out from it's visor and filled the chamber with red light the same color as blood.

Footsteps nearby were heard as the being looked up slightly and turned its visor off with a tilt of it's head.

"Are you sure you just saw some red light around here?" asked a guard as a pair of guards walked in front of the doorway.

"Yes, I'm certain-I know I saw Red light coming from this chamber, I'm certain of it!" said a second guard.

"Well...we are allowed within the chambers at any time if the need arises..so I don't see the issue if you're that certain." said the first guard.

"Very well then," said the second guard as the two begun to make their way to the door.

The figure's visor was still dark, but one could perhaps hear a faint voice in the dark saying.

"Yes...come to me"
