"Avery? Avery where are you?" A voice called as the little girl hid behind a chair in the front room.
"The tickle monster is hungry. He wants to be fed! ARRRRG!" at this point She was trying very hard to contain her giggles which were increasingly getting out of control.
Suddenly, two arms wrapped around her small frame and lifted me up into the air, spinning her around

"DADDY PUT ME DOWN!" She said while laughing.

"I AM NOT YOUR DADDY I AM THE TICKLE MONSTER HAHAHAHA!"
She heard more laughter dorm behind and turned to see

"MUMMY SAVE ME FROM THE TICKLE MONSTER!" this made her laugh even more

"MUMMY TO THE RESCUE! DON'T WORRY AVERY I WILL SAVE YOU!" She finally managed to catch them up and tried to get her out of her dad's arms, causing them to all fall over on a heap on the floor. Dad leaned down and kissed mum on the lips

"EWWW GROSS" laughing, they both cuddled her close and whispered

"We love you Avery, we both will always be in your heart" her mum whispered creating a heart shape with her dad with their hands, then pointing to her heart making the little girl giggle.

"That tickles I love you both too, with all my heart" She said as copied them using her hands to create a heart, then pointing to where their hearts. She then started playing with something. She noticed that it was the girls little locket dangling from neck, She had it since She was born and never have taken it off.

"Love has the power to change everything. Remember that." She told her gently.

"I will" She replied but didn't understand what she meant. Suddenly her face began to swirl and go out of focus and so was her father's.

"Mummy? Daddy? What's happening!?" When they didn't answer the little girl started to panic, then without warning, everything went black.

That's when I woke up. Gasping for breath. 'what was that?' I thought to myself, as I began to calm down my breathing. I didn't want 'it' to come. I gazed down to inspect the damage that 'it' had inflicted on me from those long hours of torture. Although, that wasn't the thing that was concerning me, it was the fact that the people in my dream looked oddly familiar, I just couldn't place them. It also didn't help that everytime I tried to remember their faces, they would be more and more out of focus until there was nothing left.
