Amelie was doing some yoga and meditating, a tip her therapist had given her to use to relax when she was gone since she'd be missing therapy sessions. Rob was nearby on a separate yoga mat attempting to copy Amelie'a actions and failing miserably. Amelie was pulled out of her thoughts by cheering throughout the villa about Miles getting the first text of the summer.

Amelie squished in between Hannah and Serena as Miles read out the text. A bombshell named Liv was on her way to the villa. Amelie chewed the inside of her cheek as she was slightly worried about the new girl taking an interest in Rob.  But she wasn't ready to deal with that so she returned to her place in the gym on the yoga mat. She was lost in her thoughts as she stretched her legs out.

She was pulled from her bubble when she heard the islanders reactions to the new arrival. She stood up and dusted the grass off her shorts before approaching the group. The new girl grinned as Amelie approached, she pulled her in a tight hug, "Hi!  I'm Olivia." Amelie smiled weakly due to the tightness of the hug, "I'm Amelie."

The islanders crowd around Liv and inquire about her. They ask what she's looking for and who she'd initially pull to talk based on looks. Amelie quickly picked up on Liv's short answers and her subtle glances between Rob and Kendall. Liv quickly turned to the girls and asked to be shown around. All the girls departed and headed upstairs to sit.

The girls discussed who they were coupled up with. For some reason Amelie was not feeling Liv. She was beautiful and seemed sweet but something about her made Amelie feel a little uneasy. Liv turned to Amelie and began to ask a lot of questions about her and Rob's coupling. Amelie shrugged, "I mean it's only day two. But I like him. I think we have a decent connection. But I'm not staking claim on him yet."

Later that day Amelie was laying on a sun bed talking to Serena and Kordell as they watched Liv approach Kendall and Rob and pull Rob for a chat. Amelie did her best to avoid watching the conversation. From what she gathered it seemed stale and dry. Soon after his chat with Liv he pulled Amelie upstairs and the pair sat in the area under the Soul Ties sign.

Amelie smiled softly as she and Rob laid in Soul Ties, "So how do you feel about how that went?" Rob ran a hand over his face, "Honestly? You don't have anything to worry about, I'm pretty sure." Amelie raised an eyebrow not quite believing him yet, "You're pretty sure? Or you're absolutely sure?" Rob tucked a strand of hair behind Amelie's ear, "You don't have anything to worry about."

Amelie hummed as she leaned against Rob's chest, "Are you open to getting to know her though?" Rob shrugged, "I mean I'm not going to say I'm against it. It's early days but I do want to see things out with you." Amelie grinned at his words, "I don't want you to not pursue things with her or any other girls because of me. We came here to find love and I don't expect the first connection to be that."

As soon as those words left her mouth Ariana entered the villa and pulled the islanders to the fire pit. Amelie say between Hannah and Rob. Each of them resting a hand on her knee. Liv was standing at the front getting ready to steal one of the boys.  She chose to steal Rob, which seemed to shock both he and Amelie. Ariana had Amelie stand up at the front of the fire pit, "Rob, how are you feeling?"

Rob ran a hand over his face, "I did not see this coming at all." Liv murmured something about having to go with her gut. Amelie had very few words but wished them luck as Ariana turned to her, "Amelie, you are now single. And as you know, it's never good to be single on Love Island." She paused briefly before grinning, "Unless, of course, someone has arranged for two smoking-hot new boys to turn up late to the party!" Amelie was slightly confused as she turned around to see two men entering the villa.
