Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging One Shot

You enjoyed working in the shop; it gave you a chance to spend even more time with Robbie and Tom, and it was a lot of fun.

You and Robbie had been together for two years – you lived in London with Robbie and Tom and their parents, and then you moved with them as it was the fitting thing to do. You didn't want to be in London without your boyfriend and best friend.

Robbie was ecstatic when you said you were moving with them, Tom was happy too as it meant he still had his girl best friend by his side.

Tom had been out playing football with some of his guy mates, you usually would have gone along but you voted to stay back to help out Robbie at the shop.

Robbie had disappeared into the back to make some tea, and you were manning the front section.

A brunette girl walked into the shop, and when you turned to her you recognised her as Georgia Groome – she was a couple of years below you, Tom and Robbie in school.

"Hiya" you greeted her with a smile, and she returned your smile as she slowly walked over to the counter where you were stood.

She fiddled with her sleeves slightly, "Hi" she said in response "I'm actually looking for Robbie" she stated with some form of hesitation in her voice.

Robbie walked out from the back, and handed you a mug before turning to Georgia "Well I am right here" he told her as you took a sip of your tea.

"Nice one, just how I like it" you praised your boyfriend which caused him to laugh.

Georgia seemed confused, "You two know each other well?" she quizzed and Robbie chuckled this time, instead of laughing.

Robbie moved to stand by you "I would say extremely well" Robbie commented in response to Georgia's question.

"Well I would hope that two years gave you time to get to know me" you joked and Robbie smiled as he wrapped his free arm around your shoulder, pulling you close to press a kiss to the side of your head.

Georgia gasped as Robbie's actions "Y-Y-You have a girlfriend?" she asked sounding both surprised and disheartened.

Robbie sighed and looked Georgia in the eyes "Georgia, I haven't known you for that long but yes, I do have a girlfriend" Robbie explained to her.

Georgia didn't say anything else, and quickly fled from the shop.

"Well that was interesting – not something that happens every day" you said as you looked up at Robbie.

Robbie laughed and pulled you into a proper kiss.
