Summary: After Spike's been brought back from his time in the amulet you decide to have a little fun.

'Boo!' Spike yelled, creeping up behind you.

'Thought you said you wouldn't do that anymore?' You chided, putting down your latest research paper. 

'Yeah, but it's really the only way I can have fun isn't it?' Spike replied.

'So, no board games?'

'Oh, come off it, love. You know I don't have an attention span.'

'I am well aware of that.' You said, and then paused - considering something. 'How about a bet?'

'Fine.' Spike grumbled.

'First person to admit to being bored or say the word - in any way - owes the other person $30 every day for the next month.'

'I'm in.'

'Augh!' Spike yelled, toppling the board off the table. 'Screw this!'

'What's the matter? Are you using anger to cover up your immense boredom at being stuck in our....' (Y/N) said, trailing off when they noticed him watching them. 'What?'

'You just lost. You have to give me $30 every day for the next month.'

'Oh, you tit! You tricked me!'

'Nah. I think you'll find you did that all by yourself, sweetheart.'

And with that he flounced away through the nearest wall - leaving you to process the situation. Angel would not be pleased.
