A young girl smacked a stick across the back of another teens head and slammed her knee into his face before he fell into the ground as the crowds around them cheered.

"Blind bandit 8!" The ref called and everyone cheered louder as the short girl had a proud smile on her face as she wiped the blood from her nose and used the stick to walk out of the ring.

"Think again next time you think you can say shit to my face," she spit on the ground and tapped the stick on the steps before going down them.

Lee and the other teens walked into the indoor skate park that was shut down and was a popular hangout spot.

"Yo, Toph!" He called and she perked up at the voice.

"Sparky, is that You? Bringing twinkle toes back for another round," the short black hair girl punched her fist into the palm of her hand.

"I didn't mean to hit you last time!" Aang cried out hiding behind Katara.

"This is bandit?" Katara looked at Suki.

Toph tilted her head to the side confused at the new voice.

"Who's that?" She made a face.

"This is kat, she's hanging with us for a bit," Suki wrapped her arm around Kataras shoulder.

"Kaaaat, cool, these idiots will make life a lot easier," she placed the stick over her shoulders and held onto both sides.

"They've been saving my ass from sleeping on the cement in the streets," Katara smiled nudging Suki back.

"Yea i owe Lee the same," Toph grinned but Katara noticed her eyes were a very very light color, a pale blueish grey even.

"Is she... actually blind?" Katara whispered to Aang confused.

"I'm blind, not deaf," the young girl said flatly.

"S-sorry, you walked over so, you know?" Katara was embarrassed for asking even.

"It's cool sugar queen, born and raised with being blind, kinda got use to it," she waved her off with a smile and lee rolled his eyes.

"Mai and ty around?" Lee asked moving into.

"Yea they stopped by, they might still be around but can't guarantee it," Toph nodded.

"Not a big deal, I'm showing new girl around and this is a big one for kids," Lee shrugged again and looked around calmly.

"Hey Suki!" A boy with long brown hair and green eyes walked with a boy in a wheelchair over to their friends.

"Haru, teo, what's up guys?" Suki waved back.

"We got this new guy in the ring, I'm placing my money on him when haru goes in," the boy in the wheelchair grinned deviously.

"Please his muscles are a show, he'd crumble in a pull-up," haru waved him off.

"The guy that keeps screaming?" Katara looked over confused.

"That's the one," teo smiled.

"You must be the girl that Aang helped out with Oscar," he offered to shake her hand.

"Kat, yea I'm new around here," she smiled shaking it firmly.

"Tight grip, rough hands, you a fighter?" Teo inspected her palm curiously.

"Ha no, besides hitting jerks that tripped me in first grade that's it, I did a few sports though, and I went to the gym," Katara giggled as he touched her palm.

"Make a fist," he smiled. She did.

"You've definitely thrown a good punch, the form of your fist, you don't tuck your thumbs," teo said simply and Suki looked over curiously.

"I did a few self defense classes over the years when my brother was going to go to college since I'd be alone, and my dad is in the military so he taught me some things and how to use a gun," Katara explained crossing her arms nervously.

"Put her in the rank I wanna hear this girls defense," Toph gasped excitedly.

"Don't do that! Kat would be killed in the rank," Aang cried out wide eyes.

"Do you guys just fight all day in there?" Katara made a face.

"Yea it's really fun," teo smiled but haru nudged him.

"Don't," Lee stepped in as he lit a cigarette.

"What? Not like you fight anymore, lame ass," Toph groaned.

"I don't like to fight anymore," he raised a brow.

"Is it cause you broke that guys ribs?" Aang asked curiously.

"It's one thing to let this place to stay open but hurting people for entertainment isn't my cup of tea," Lee shrugged as the smoke was dragged out of his mouth.

"To bad you were a good fighter, I had to take that title," Suki flexed here biceps jokingly.

"Now tophs taking it," haru chuckled.

"Keep it, any one earns it," Lee nodded as he was relaxed with the others, it was a home and they were family.

"I'll try it," Katara smiled leaning on Aang.

"No," Lee flicked the end of his cigarette.

"Hey you don't get to tell me what I can and can't do," she was taken back.

"Come on lee, I'll even pick someone easy for sugar queen," Toph snorted but he thought about it.

"No," he said again.

"Is that the fucking prince himself!" Someone cackled from the crowd and lee looked immediately annoyed.

"I'm leaving," Lee mumbled but Aang and Suki held him to stay.

"Hi Henry," Aang smiled brightly.

"Suki~" the teen smirked but ignored Aang completely.

"Hen," Suki stuck out her tongue, he was blond with hazel mixed green eyes, he was built a little more and was taller than lee.

"Who is this little lovely lady?" Henry looked over at Katara as she stood with Toph and haru.

"Kat, she's with me for a bit," Lee stepped forward with a sigh as he held his cigarette still and blew smoke out.

"Kaaaat, like a kitty, cute," Henry smiled at her but Katara didn't seem thrilled with his attention.

"Thanks," she gulped, she didn't like the way he talked to her as it reminded her of Jet.

"You in the ring?" Haru put his arms around Toph and Kataras shoulders as he looked at Henry.

"Duh," he snorted. "Gotta beat the shit out of bandit sooner or later,"

"More like get the shit beat out of you by the bandit," Toph grinned.

"It's kitty in the ring?" Henry winked over at Katara.

"It's kat, and I don't know yet, just came to check things out," Katara kept her composure cool.

"Come on, You and me in the ring, we can even call it a date," all his attention went to the fresh meat on the street.

"Unless you earn money other ways," Henry chuckled as he looked her up and down.

"I don't have a job?" Katara didn't understand.

"She's not a prostitute," Lee glared darkly.

"The prince doesn't like to share or something?" Henry raised a brow at him.

"Don't be a dick," Suki tsked.

Katara looked at the ring seeing how the crowd had cash in their hands as everyone was yelling or cheering. It was about a large classroom size of teenagers, looking back at Henry she pursed her lips inhaling a deep breath.

"Alright, let's fight," she smiled sweetly.

"Sweet, I'll even let you have the first hit," Henry smirked walking ahead of her to jump up at the boxing ring.

"Kat you don't have too," Aang gasped fearful.

"Lee do something!" He whined seeing her climb up.

"I'll watch," Lee shrugged as Toph bounced in excitement and Suki seemed just as worried for the new girl.

They went to the front as Katara was in a corner opposite of Henry while a few people were explaining to Katara the rules.

"Oi, hen," Lee called him over leaning on the stage.

"What? Don't want me to actually hit her?" Henry crouched down.

"It's the ring, you can hit whoever, don't knock a tooth out and don't break her bones is all I ask since she's under my care," Lee looked at him calmly. He didn't seem worried otherwise.

"I'm still a gentleman," Henry grinned.

"Here I got a deal, I win I get to fight you after, she wins I'll stop competing in the ring," he hummed glancing over at Katara who was putting her short hair in a ponytail and took her hoodie off, leaving her in jeans and the tank top under.

"Your not still upset that I broke your nose and you got two teeth knocked out are you?" Lee cooed a little.

"I am," Henry's smile dropped.

"Alright we got a deal," Lee shrugged nodding.

"I thought you stopped fighting for entertainment?" Toph elbowed him.

"It's not for entertainment, it's to make a over confident douchebag shut up," Lee grinned st her.

"Think she's going to win?" Suki asked as Henry was stretching and Katara was rolling her jeans a little so they weren't baggy past her ankles.

"If she's fast, maybe, if she's not then she's going to get something broken and I'm going to be pissed for wasting my good first aid supply," Lee sighed waiting for the fight to start.

Then someone rang a bell for the fight to begin.
