Jason kept tugging at the shirt that Percy had bought him. It was a blue button down and it looked great but Jason was nervous.

Percy, however, was having the time if his life. Enjoying the sea, walking around in flip flops, dragging Jason into skate shops and eating icecream.

But Jason was worried aboit seeing Reyna again. He had heard some of the campers were talking about him- how he abandoned Camp Jupiter for Camp Half Blood. And things with Reyna were better, but still awkward. Jason wasn't sure if he wanted to return.

Percy noticed Jason's conflicted face while they licked their ice cream cones.

"You okay, bud?" He asked.

"Mm..."

Percy thought for a while, arguing in his brain. Finally, he grabbed Jason's hand. Jason jolted from his thoughts at the sudden warmth.

"It'll be fine. Let's get going."

"It's not like you're going alone. You're still stuck with me," Percy smirked. Jason smiled unsteadily.
