Jesus it's been ages since I posted anything in here. WILL SOMEONE PLEASE GET ME A BROOM SO I CAN START SWEEPING ALL THE COBWEBS OFF THIS BABY

Okay, time for a bit of backstory. In my Digital Art class this semester, I had the rare opportunity of making friends with a fellow Star Wars fan in the untamed Offline Lands, who is easily as crazy about the fandom as I am. 

She and I spent many a class period when we were supposed to be working sharing our fan art, headcanons, and debating everything from the latent sexualities of characters to the hidden meanings behind certain plot devices in the shows. She was also in my Drawing Techniques class, and as we were reviewing certain types of shading with pen some of our headcanons and theories about how characters would act in an alternate universe scenario turned into a short story. Soon after, I decided to make it into this comic.

It took a crazy amount of work before I finally settled into a rhythm with it, but I'm fairly proud of the way it turned out – sketchy background work and clone trooper renditions aside. Please take this as a belated Christmas present, since I don't have anything else I feel 100% ready to post yet. I hope you'll all enjoy it, and that you had (or are potentially are having, depending on your time zones or if you celebrate it) a Merry Christmas!
